The location of the house is fantastic. Very close to the beach, and right across the street from a supermarket and two restaurants. We rented a car, but ended up walking most places. There are great beach toys and inflatables in the garage that we were able to use, my kid was very happy. This was our first visit to Mallorca and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

Hem estat un grup de 8 persones a la casa i ens hi hem trobat molt còmodes. Les vistes són fantàstiques en un entorn molt tranquil. L'Isabel súper atenta a totes les preguntes que han anat sorgint. Gràcies!

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Der Check-in war einfach und flexibel – besser geht’s nicht. Schon vor der Anreise haben wir umfangreiche Infos bekommen, was uns die Planung sehr erleichtert hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top – ruhig (trotz Straße vor dem Haus), aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, um die Gegend flexibel erkunden zu können. Als radsportbegeistertes Paar war die Unterkunft für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Touren. Die Region bietet fantastische Strecken, und wir haben jede Menge unternommen. Auch kulinarisch waren wir begeistert – in der Nähe gibt es mehrere ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Alles in allem ein stimmiger Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Vielen Dank!

Everything about the accommodation was perfect! There were so many beaches within walking distance, and the location made it easy to get anywhere. Jose also recommended some great places to visit it truly was a wonderful holiday!

Wir waren für 8 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Valentina und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage rund um die Wohnung war äußerst gepflegt, sodass wir gerne einige Nachmittag am Pool verbracht haben. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit Valentia war super angenehm und unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Lediglich die Matratze war für meinen Freund ein wenig zu hart aber das ist persönlicher Geschmack. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. 🫶

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben 5 Tage in Vincentes Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung war wunderschön. Vom Schlafzimmerbalkon war der tolle Hafen zu sehen und von Wohnzimmer aus konnte man über die Bucht gucken. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat an alles gedacht um uns einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft zu ermöglichen. Alles war sogar besser als beschrieben und vor allem die Gegend. Vor der Tür hatte man alles was man braucht. Tolle Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar Bäcker. Zum Strand hat es auch keine 10 Minuten gebraucht. Wir sind froh Vincentes Unterkunft ausgesucht zu haben und sind ihm sehr dankbar für seine Zuvorkommenheit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

I loved every moment of our stay at Doris' place. It is well stocked with everything a guest might need, the linens are premium, the pool was cleaned several times during our stay, the place was squeaky clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more. I also loved all of her personal home decor touches and art collection. Upon arrival, we were met with a representative who walked us through the house and provided us with all the information we would need. Doris has considered all the details carefully ensuring that our stay is memorable. The villa and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this to whoever is looking for a tranquil, quiet place to stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Peguera. Es ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen. Rund um das Haus ist es angenehm ruhig. Wir genossen die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Auch im Pool badeten wir fast täglich. Das Meer und die Geschäfte in Peguera sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Toll fanden wir, dass in der Küche einiges bereit gestellt war, wie erste Getränke, Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine oder Essig und Öl. Auch gab es Zubehör für den Strand wie Sandspielsachen oder Sonnenschirme. Auch unserer dreijährigen Tochter gefiel es sehr gut in der Unterkunft. Antonia war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich kann Jaumes Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Une belle surprise pour nous car nous avons trouvé la maison plus belle et plus grande qu'en photo : spacieuse, élégante, avec une touche de modernité et une décoration soignée. Que dire de la piscine qui est juste parfaite ! Beaucoup d'équipement de cuisine disponible, pour l'intérieur comme pour les barbecues. Nombreux produits d'accueils, de première nécessité et d'articles de toilette disponibles, serviettes pour la piscine ou encore parasols de plage. Toute la maison est climatisée mais nous n'avons utilisé que celles des chambres la nuit pour dormir et cela fonctionnait très bien. Communication très fluide avec l'agence sur place. La situation sur l'île est également appréciable, à 45 minutes de palma, et à quelques pas des célèbres Cala (Del Moro, Llombards, Mondrago ...) La maison est à mi-chemin entre le centre ville animé de Santanyi et la Cala .. mais ou que vous souhaitiez aller, voiture obligatoire ! (stationnement assez facile sur l'île). Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach top. Ein Mietauto muss aber sein in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist enorm leise. Das Baden im Meer ist problemlos möglich, allerdings nur mit guten Badeschuhen. Was teilweise etwas irritierte, waren die Spaziergänger welche direkt vorne durchlaufen. Trotzdem hat es uns enorm gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und Jose hat immer schnell zurück geschrieben.

wir waren rund um begeistert von dem Haus und der Gegend. Ein sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Haus auch ideal mit Kindern. Der Pool und die wunderschöne Bucht, ist ideal zum entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch der Gastgeber ist sehr ein Herzens Mensch und würden Ihnen wie auch das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist komplett gerechtfertigt. das einzige, was man bedenken muss, ist der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung wie auch für den Stromverbrauch. Wir danken unserem Gastgeber sehr und wenn wir das nächste mal auf Mallorca sind, würden wir jederzeit wieder zu ihm und in ein schönes Haus reisen.

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Incredible location, private oasis just steps to popular beach with private gate access. Everything you could need/want. Came with 2 kids and didn't need anything else for them, just wake up and go to the pool for a bit, then head to the beach. Wash up and go out to eat for dinner. The town is a little touristy but has good quality restaurants. It was a dream.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage in Cala Santanyi. Ich möchte wiederkommen! Aina war superhilfsbereit, es hat alles bestens geklappt, auch als unser Flieger Verspätung hatte.

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!
