The individual coves with the turquoise shimmering water inspire us again and again.

The location of the vacation home is perfect, nice restaurants, cafes, bike rentals and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. You can stay in this vacation home without a car. Directly across the street from the house is a small supermarket. The beautiful beach bays of Cala Selena and Cala Ferrera are a 5-minute walk away, the marina of Cala d'Or is about 10 minutes. drive or 1/2 hour walk. In the pedestrian zone of Cala d'Or there are restaurants, boutiques and souvenir shops.

The bathing bay of Cala Serena can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot and the larger Cala Ferrera in about 9 minutes on foot.

At the back of the house, the kitchen and the dining room share a large open space with access to the sunny 200m2 patio with a sofa and hammocks.

A nice and quiet 250 m2 house lined with natural stone. Its 4 bedrooms are distributed over two floors. On the lower floor, it has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a furnished kitchen with a microwave, washing machine, oven, and a dishwasher, a large living room with a fireplace and TV. On the upper floor is a suite with a bathroom that leads to a covered terrace overlooking the mountains and the sea. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms.
