Situado en un barrio tranquilo de pescadores (Raval-Roig) y a 5 minutos del centro. Casa original de los años veinte, conserva su encanto, pero con todas comodidades, es un tercero sin ascensor.

We have one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in Alicante next to a natural cove called Cabo Huertas. There are all kinds of shops very close (supermarkets, Eco shops, clothing stores, restaurants and a shopping center with a playground).
