Fine! Everything available for a pleasant stay!

We had a great stay in Cadiz. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was excellent. During Easter week the view from the balcony of the procession of floats and marching bands was spectacular. Yes it is loud at times, as all marching bands will be, but memorable. The local market had a huge selection of fresh seafood, fish, veg, fruit etc to supplement the many great restaurants and local taverns. The train/ bus station is only minutes away for short trips to Sevilla, Jerez de Frontera, Tarifa and Tangiers. The hosts, Steven and Mari Carmen were great and easy to reach and the people of Cadiz were also very helpful. We know only a little Spanish but still got by very well. The two beaches as well as the sea wall boardwalk were close and really everything was within walking distance. We had a lovely stay in the old city.

Very nice apartment, would definitely recommend it. The house lies on a secluded park, which while we were there was very quiet during the week and became lively in the weekend. People were friendly and the swimming pool was very nice. The outside area of the house is nice and private, people cannot easily look inside. The house itself is good, keeps cool and has a modern interior. Overall a very nice experience!

Jesus took care of us, helped us decide which places to visit and advised us on how to get around the city. He also lent me a water heater for the mate. You can tell he likes to welcome guests and he made us feel at home

Superb accommodation just as in the photos generously equipped and only 5 mins from a beautiful beach with Africa in the distance. What more could one want. Jan was an excellent host always on hand for any queries and with good restaurant recommendations ....thankyou.

Our stay was perfect! Only 20 minutes away from Tarifa, the small village of Facinas is perfect it you are looking to stay a bit away from the crowd. the House is very well furnished, with large rooftop exactly as shown in the pictures. beautiful sunsets and perfect for a relaxing gateway!

Kelly's place is amazing! The location is perfect - right in town with many places to walk to right outside the door. The place itself is so special, an old villa with modern amenities. We had a group of 10 and it was more than enough space. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, and we were able to cook easily. We have small kids and Kelly even though of things for the kids - toys, train sets, pencils and paper to draw, and a pack n play available on request. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to sit and enjoy the sunrise/set. And Kelly's communication made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house - she gave us restaurant suggestions and was readily available to answer questions. Vejer as a town is beautiful and there are plenty of places to drive to for a day trip. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed for weeks more!

Erica and Anna’s place was amazing! The tasteful decor was right out of a magazine. The bedding and towels were top tier luxury. Low key felt like out of the movie “The Holiday” with Cameron Diaz without the snow. Walkable town, 20 min drive to a beach and about 40 to city of Cádiz. So much to do locally, with retail shops and dining, you don’t get bored. The terrace is so cozy, we didn’t want to leave one day. I would classify this air b and b as a whole experience one can appreciate.

The flat has three bedrooms, two toilets, and one air conditioner. Huge picture window facing the sea and the busy commercial square. Pros: 100 meters from the beach, 30 meters from bustling cafes, high-energy center of the neighborhood, tons of parking in off-season, both toilets open to the hallway for max flexibility, kitchen has good cooktop and many dishes, two dining tables for large groups, excellent management by Eva and Carlos. Cons: The flat faces directly at the busy commercial square, busy cafes 30 meters from your bedroom stay open until midnight, the neighborhood is bustling until after midnight, roads in this neighborhood are a magnet for noisy 50cc motorbikes with no silencer systems until 3am on busy nights, two bedrooms have no fans, no en-suite toilet, parking is jammed at peak season. Conclusion: Great for high-energy guests. If looking for quiet, try Eva's other listing further back in the neighborhood. I will 100% stay with Eva again.

This flat was super quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything in the historic centre is about 5-15 mins away walking. Very close to buses, train station, market, grocery stores, cafe/bars. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities of being at home. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt like it was our own place. The other tenants in the building are also super lovely people, a really nice community. Great value for money. Lots of space and comfortable to fully live in.

The house was very nice, really everything you could need was present. Rafa received us in the middle of the night which was really special. We could easily communicate with him, he always responded quickly. Definitely recommended!

We stayed 2 months in winter. The apartment and its surroundings are very pleasant and we would recommend it to anyone wanting an excellent vacation.

Friendly host and lovely enviroment

Rosario is a wonderful host, from the first moment she gave us clear and concise instructions to get to the house and park well. The accommodation has easy parking nearby, it is in the center, close to bars and cafes but the best thing is the tram across the street👏🏻; with it you can travel to Cádiz without having to move the car. Camposoto beach is also a 10-minute drive away and there is a supermarket nearby… anyway! To be repeated! The apartment is a delight😍 Thank you Rosario, we'll take you in the♥️
