A cozy cabin over looking the Manistee River on a very safe & peaceful private drive. There are many launch sites for rafting, kayaking and canoeing nearby. The cabin is centrally located between Cadillac, Interlochen, Frankfort & Traverse City. Snowmobile staging area, Caberfae & Crystal Mt. ski areas, Hodenpyle dam backwaters, North Country & Manistee River trails are nearby. The bathhouse is large with a sink, shower/bathtub, and toilet. It has electricity, hot water with a locking door for privacy. It is only steps away from the cabin. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

Log cabin hand built by my dad in the early 70’s (my mom helped too!). Live like the Brady Bunch with authentic orange kitchen counters, with modern updates like a cozy gas stove, great knives and cookware, and high-quality linens. Private and fenced with deck and fire pit. Cabin is central to the Manistee National Forest, a short jaunt up to Sleeping Bear Dunes or Crystal Mountain, and the North Country Trail is just down the road. Ask me about fishing charters!
