Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. We absolutely LOVED our stay at Richard’s place and couldn’t recommend it enough. The apartment is more beautiful in person. It was immaculate, charming, and spacious- one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The location was perfect- right in the heart of Lisbon and walkable to restaurants and shops. We were there during Festas de Lisboa, a month long celebration. It was nice to be walking distance to the festivities, but also far enough where we couldn’t hear the street partying at 2am. We could sleep with the windows open, or close the windows and turn on the AC. Richard was the most communicative and accommodating host. He asked us beforehand if we wanted the second room set up with two separate beds, or one. We decided to go to the beach and asked if he had beach towels. Within 30 mins he dropped some off for us. We will definitely be back to Lisbon, and no doubt reserving Richard’s place again!

We had a wonderful stay! Just a short summary of pros and cons: + Antonio and Maria were great hosts - communication and help was excellent when needed. They brought fresh bread every morning which means less driving to the next town as a guest - fantastic! The house has an amazing view. which is almost unbeatable. The neighborhood is calm with no hotels/noise. - Compared to the fotos it was a bit smaller and older/with signs of normal use than we expected, but of course its sometimes difficult to tell by pictures. Since its southern Europe, be prepared for some insects (has nothing to do with the accommodation but might be helpful to know) - but Antonio and Maria had us prepared with some mosquito repellents and insecticide sprays. The lower bathroom has a strange smell when the drain hasn't been used regulary - but Antonio offered help immediately after we wold him and eventually it improved . All in all a great stay just with some small hints you should know - thank you again!

Nous avons pu voir à quel point son bien lui tenait à cœur, vous pouvez foncer si vous aimez la nature et la vue incroyable offerte depuis la piscine. Spécial big up à Victor qui nous a pris pour A/R Lisbonne au Airbnb et nous a fait des recommandations, nous sommes très heureux de l’avoir rencontré!

Lucy and Mat were really accommodating and kind, and their apartment was in the perfect location for exploring Lisbon. The place was very clean and we particularly enjoyed the view from the terrace. The apartment had all the amenities you would need and felt like a home away from home. We would recommend Lucy and Mat's place to anyone and would definitely look to stay with them again if we find ourselves back in Lisbon.
