Second time I've stayed and everything was great. It was extremely clean when I arrived. Suellen is proactive and responded super fast on Whats. I had an unforeseen number of guests and Suellen understood, she helped me resolve it. Super recommended and I intend to return more often.

Attentive host, very spacious accommodation and close to the main commercial points and beaches of Iriri, you don't need a car for practically anything.

Very nice apartment, quiet, light and airy space, no dust, and still beautiful, with wonderful decorations. It was difficult to find which condominium was, as there is Ville Esmeralda 1 and 2 ( which in this case is 1), but nothing that occupied that long. The host is friendly and proactive, and the experience and stay were very peaceful :)

A perfect weekend with special people and a wonderful place, accommodation all as agreed, clean place, with all utensils and appliances working, not to mention a wonderful view with a feeling of being in the countryside but by the sea at the same time. Definition is all perfect. #we love#for the end of the week like this.

kitnet, it was super clean and smelling, bedding and towel, covered everything clean and smelling just like the whole house. additional information, it has ceiling fan and TV with open channel, easy location, has bakery at the corner and restaurant on the back street, quiet place and very reserved. great environment. super friendly host. i'll be back for sure.

Marilza's apartment is great! Perfect location, super clean, had everything we needed, she was super kind and even made the schedule very flexible both at check-in and check-out! His daughter Panmela is a lovely person and welcomed us very well! I recommend it and will definitely come back.

About the host, excellent! Very cordial from the beginning, attentive and responsive. With great kindness, he lent us beach chairs and an umbrella so we could make better use of the beach. The location is perfect. It has everything very close by, such as markets, a greengrocer, a pharmacy, and the main thing for us, the beach itself. The house is VERY comfortable and matches the description. And it was delivered to us impeccably. We left with a feeling of gratitude and a desire to return whenever possible. GREAT experience!!

We just stayed in the house, we spent the Carnival, 16 people in total. The house is cozy, airy, ventilated and clean. It is quite functional and equipped. The location is fantastic, close to the heart of Castelhanos, less than a 5 minute walk away. The team that provides services to Fernanda is great. A Bebel is a cute, super well kitchen. We intend to go back for sure.

Very approved house, everyone loved it. Well-equipped, clean and cozy house. Another super positive point is the proximity to the beach, very close.

Matheus was super attentive from the moment he was still in doubt about the reservation, a place identical to the announced photos, without taking it for anything. Super clean and well maintained environment, bed linens and bathrooms. My family and I felt at home! The place is easy access, surrounded by restaurants and snack bars, with markets a 3-minute walk away. It has a 3 minute walk beach as well, great for walking. The best known beaches of Marataízes are about 20 minutes by car, which was great for me because I was able to get to know it without problems. We stayed 4 days on a holiday weekend and everything was great, note 10! For sure if I return to Marataízes and region will be the first place I will look for to spend the period.

Simone's space is peaceful. Beautiful, safe condominium close to the main beaches such as Ubu, Castelhanos and Meaipe. The house is very nice. Its beach decor is very cozy, not to mention the delight of having coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. Beautiful and fragrant bed and bath linens. Simone is a very professional host and our experience was wonderful!
