We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

Excellent apartment with a great location, since although it is central, it is in a very quiet space, ideal for disconnecting. Both the furniture and the facilities are all in good order and useful. The apartment is a good size, a somewhat cold building, but that is solved with the electric stoves that the property itself has. On the other hand, I would like to highlight Franco's willingness to always resolve any questions or queries. In short, a very good place to stay, highly recommended.

The place is located just 5 minutes away from downtown Pucon by car. The apartment is very nice and spacious in the common areas and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner. It's very quiet, so you get a good rest. Everything is very good in the apartment, very comfortable, it has everything, nothing is needed, what more can one say. One day we made pizza and even had a pizza cutter. I like that they think of everything you might need and you can find it here. The bed is comfortable for a good rest. I felt right at home, definitely going back to Pucon, I would stay with Marco again.

The apartment was very nice and cozy, with a spectacular view, a good location and everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy yourself. We had a great time during the stay. Although we didn't have much communication with the host on the app, her father was very kind and attentive, he welcomed us very warmly and helped us with everything we needed.

A perfect place to stay whilst visiting Pucon - Rosalba's place was cosy, clean and well-equipped! It's about 30 min walk from the centre of town, but that means it's very peaceful too, and was no issue at all for exploring. Would stay here again if visiting Pucon!
