The studio is equipped with a lockbox that makes it easy to access at any time. The complex sits on the edge of a golf course at the foot of the Provençal village of Eguilles, a 10-minute drive from the center of Aix-en-Provence. Walk to a bakery, laundry, and restaurants, as well as shops selling local wine and olive oil. The residence is 25 minutes from Marseille Provence Airport and 15 minutes from the TGV station in Aix en Provence. A bus stop is located at the entrance of the residence. Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)
