Waterfront vacation rentals in Cabo Verde

Beautifully located apartment. Very clean and cared for. Neat bathroom and kitchen, pleasant bed. Kevin was very correct and accessible in communication. In addition, it is flexible in terms of arrival and departure time. We found Santa-Maria to be far too touristy and massive and would absolutely not return there, but of course that is only a personal preference. The apartment is definitely recommended.

I might be a bit biased but I believe this is one of the most beautiful Airbnb’s in the island. It’s within walking distance of everything, but still “far” enough from the noisy part of Santa Maria. You get to wake up to an amazing view of the beach. When we went in the Airbnb was extremely tidy and clean, completely spotless. Celeste and Djamila were very friendly and helpful when we needed info regarding something in the island or even to help us book tours. The only thing the Airbnb didn’t have and we noticed was a microwave, but we mostly ate at the restaurants so it was fine and the WiFi is really weak, doesn’t reach the bedrooms properly. The complex has security 24/7 which makes you feel very safe. The pool area is always clean as well, you’ll love your stay. If I ever go to Sal again, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Very nicely furnished apartment with a very large terrace with beautiful views of the sea. The contact with Andreas was very pleasant and we were able to get many recommendations. Definitely highly recommended. Gladly again!!

The accommodation is very spacious and bright. Easy to access with shops close to 1 km to the beach. Access to the city center is easy with buses that pass regularly. Recommended

Leonardo and Susana are excellent hosts, as well as their team. The apartment is very well located, and corresponds exactly to the description. It's well looked after and clean. It is on a main road (an advantage in terms of safety) but it is quiet and very close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. An experience to be repeated whenever possible. Thank you for the rest days you provided.

This apartment was perfectly located and well furnished. We enjoyed having access to the pool of the residence, and to be within walking distance of Santa Maria beach, the pier, and many restaurants as well as the main street. Carolina was there for our check-in and allowed us to do it a bit earlier than the scheduled time. She was super friendly and gave us lots of tips and info. She also helped us store our bags after check-out as we had an evening flight. Overall we were very happy and would definitely go back! Thanks again Carolina :-)

Our stay was in a word great, it is a beautiful penthouse with sea views just outside Mindelo. The host Tânia with her buddy Pery literally constantly stood by for us, very nice to be received so hospitably. Mindelo is about a 30-minute walk away, but they make sure that someone is constantly ready to bring you, they also arrange nice trips for you like swimming with turtles. We have never felt so at home on holiday, so a super recommended, a thousand thanks to Pery and Tânia, you are great!

Very nice apartment and the communication was easy and uncomplicated!

We stayed in this lovely house in the heart of the village for 8 people for 4 days. All rooms are very nice and with lots of charm. The sea view is beautiful. The premises are very welcoming, especially Gabi and Veronica who managed our reception on site. We ate at Veronica's restaurant every night, her cuisine is excellent and she took care to vary the meals (there is very little in the grocery stores to cook on site). We had a driver during our 4 days who was able to recommend beautiful hikes and booked our lunch. We were missing soap and shower towels, but nothing too serious for us. If you want to be transported and immersed in Cape Verde, Odile's is the place to go. We loved it!

The house is just like in the photographs, a wooden construction in which nothing has been left to chance and which is filled with small details and revealing details of the love and affection with which it was built and appreciated. Like any wooden house, it is already showing small points in need of maintenance, but nothing serious. The view from the house on the outer porch is stunning and it's precisely what we loved the most. To stay outside at night, observing the immensity of the starry sky and in silence, only with the sound of the sea, was equally pleasant. The perfect home to welcome us with our family. We leave with great desire to return for more days. Small appliances missing can improve the experience (kettle or coffee maker). On the contiguous terrain of the house a new dwelling is being built, which removes privacy from the porch. Workers are respectful and do not start making noise too early.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing. Very nice house, magnificent view, the pool is splendid and the private beach at the foot of the house is absolutely wonderful - 10 minutes' walk from the village beach - very friendly with its small bars - and 15 minutes from the sublime wild beach of Preta - the hospitality is very well managed - The team helped us get ferry tickets - an ideal place to rest in the sweetness of Maio Island.

Once again, we had a great stay at Carlos' house. He responded quickly to spontaneous requests, we were able to extend the stay spontaneously and easily. The house is also ideal for reaching Vila das Pombas with restaurant options. Will definitely come back, thank you very much.

Love staying at Kasa Salamansa, I definitely recommend and will be back. Space is beautiful and Evaristo is a great and accommodating host.

The house is large and spacious, very well located and with a wonderful beach view. Because of its location, access to the beach directly and is only 5m walk from the center of the village.

Marco was exceptionally active in solving problems and answering questions to make the most of Isla do Sal. Functional accommodation as I wanted it..... away from the chaos but close to the center. Great experience. Thanks. Obrigada !!!

Fantastic apartment and location! Right on the beach, quiet area 5mins walk from the walking streets. Everything you need and more. Little tip, moka pot is provided but bring your own espresso, different style of coffee on the islands, very good too. Carla is great, always available and open to suggestions, perfect host. I'm suggesting this place to all my friends and will be back next spring. Thanks Carla!

Francisco had arranged transportation to take us from the airport to Stella Maris. The accommodation fits the description. It is in a very quiet, very clean residential park. The staff is lovely. Very kind person at the reception. Infinity pool overlooking the sea, beautiful. Very good site

Nina is an amazing host, very knowledgeable of the area & more than happy to help with anything required & arranged taxis to & from the airport for us. Great communication as she always responds to messages quickly. The apartment is really well equipped and has stunning views over the beach & sea. Having mosquito nets over the doors allowed us to leave them open so we could hear the waves all the time when inside which was gorgeous & relaxing. Nina had left a welcome pack of water, milk & snacks so we didnt need to rush out for provisions. Will definitely be back.

Nice and clean apt. Close to 2 pools. Good resturants close by. We did not have remotecontrol for the aircondition, but this was fixed in a day or two. We would like to come back in the future.

Fantastic stay... Nigel was always attentive, from check-in (well) earlier than stipulated. Follow-up from the time of booking, ensuring that nothing was missing. The location is perfect, 10 meters from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown. Far enough away to rest at night. Fantastic restaurant and pastry shop right at the door. Would you go to Cape Verde again? Of course. Would I book again with Nigel? Absolutely!

Spacious space for two. Well located, center within walking distance as well as beach bars and kitesurf clubs. Well equipped apartment but I would add a little bigger hair for cooking. The bathroom is functional but the knob could be replaced. Comfortable bed. Beautiful Balcony Sonia is a great host, responsive, good recommendations and great kindness. We'll be there again.

We traveled to Cape Verde as a family (3-year-old child) and our last days we chose the accommodation to have days just for the child. Result: More than expected. You can use everything in the resort, which has a lot of activities for the little ones. The drinks are a good price (€3). The space is clean, well decorated and relatively well equipped. It fully met our goal.
