Vacation rentals with a patio in Cabo Frio

I've traveled a lot to Cabo Frio, and this was one of the best stays, extremely organized, Guilherme was very polite and helpful, he was very flexible with check-in and check-out times, the place was incredible, tidy, organized, with all the utensils, I'll definitely come back!

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. He was always attentive to every query or need that arose, which made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout the stay. Undoubtedly the best thing was the location: really unbeatable, close to everything we needed and with easy access to the main points of interest. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, comfortable, clean and well equipped for a pleasant stay. We 100% recommend staying at this place, and would definitely come back on an upcoming visit. The location is perfect, close to everything, the apartment is clean and cozy, the host was super nice, helpful and attentive, gave us a welcome pdf with ALL the information including restaurant suggestions. And always asking if everything was okay. Whenever I go to Cabo Frio, I will definitely return.

The place is wonderful, identical to the photos in the listing, everything is very neat and clean, the only issue we had was when we arrived that the air controls had no battery and just above the apartment they were doing construction work. You have to consider that the place is far from downtown Buzios, so if you don't go by car, Uber trips (which do arrive at the Airbnb) are more than 25 minutes. But everything else was wonderful, the place had a small market with basic things in case you were missing something. I'd be happy to come back

A great location, quiet neighborhood and close to Peró and Conchas beaches. It accommodated our family and met the expected needs.

The house is close to the dune beach, which is extremely beautiful. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The person in charge of the house is very nice and helpful. Anyway, in short, we will return and we want to stay in the same accommodations.

Lydia's house is a spectacle! Wonderful, quiet place with a surreal view. The house was spotless and with countless kitchen utensils at our disposal. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the pool gets a lot of sun, and at night the lights in the tree make all the difference, a total charm. Lydia is an excellent host and we will definitely be back more often!

The stay was perfect! The house is perfect, spacious and extremely cozy. I intend to come back more often. Unamar is really cool, there was a fair downtown, on Saturday and Sunday. Very close to Búzios, close to the beach, close to the highway and the center of Unamar. There is a mall less than 2 km away. Close to large markets, and the restaurants are great.

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Excellent choice in Búzios. Spacious, comfortable house with everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Cozy lounge and dining area. Excellent outdoor area, perfect for a barbecue. Ideal size pool. Nothing to complain about the stay.

Very good stay, cozy penthouse, with 4 bedrooms, great gourmet area and pool, good bathrooms, room and spacious kitchens, ease of checkin and checkout, request and proactive host.

Our stay was wonderful. My family and I felt at home. The apartment is beautiful well equipped and with a great location very close to the beach. Christiane has always been very solicitous, kind and willing to make our stay great. It would definitely indicate to my family and friends and I hope to be able to return in the future.

Paula, the hostess, was extremely welcoming, explained everything to us and showed us the place, which is wonderful. I loved meeting her, I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The apartment is very well-equipped and well-located, close to supermarkets and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. I'll be back for sure.
