Henrique is an odd host, made us feel at home. The desire to return already reigns around here. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the condominium is super comfortable! We were in 3 adults and 2 children, and the apartment served us perfectly.

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The employees of the condominium were extremely gentle, with particular emphasis on the collaborator Suellen, who welcomed us with sympathy and attention at the reception. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Host Isabella was very attentive, responded promptly to messages and provided all the necessary information. We had a great experience and we will undoubtedly return

Mr. Giovani and his wife Clara are exceptional hosts. Extremely polite and kind. We felt at home. The property met our expectations... we wanted a spacious and cozy place to gather our family and the accommodation delivered what we needed. Highlight for the outdoor area, all covered, ventilated, with swimming pool, barbecue and several tables. No reservations!

In my case, more for work than leisure, the accommodations and its location served me perfectly. However, the ergonomics of the furniture and the space of the room left to be desired, half tight the passage at the entrance of the room, between the corner of the bed and the door! The host was polite, communicative and helpful throughout the necessary period. The apartment has rustic and simple decor, but it is practical and comfortable. My family and I only missed having air conditioning in the living room, which would make this environment more pleasant on the hottest days and nights. The condominium, well located in a region with many buildings under construction and some shops and restaurants nearby, has an excellent leisure and swimming pool structure, including direct access to the beach, which has waters with a very pleasant temperature, and at low tide it is very shallow, excellent for children. Overall, the accommodation served us well, I recommend it.

We spent 11 days there, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home, what was missing Cristina promptly attended to, the building is simple but very quiet and you feel at home, the apartment is spacious, just a few points to improve more that we have already passed to her, and she promptly made herself available to attend. I recommend it for sure, the location is excellent, it is a few meters from the 3 streets park, for those who like to go hiking it is excellent and super quiet.. we love the neighborhood of bankers.

About Luxor: Great location, close to restaurants, local shops, and of course, close to the beach. The building space is very good too, underground garage, game room, and the pool that is exceptional. About the Ap: Even a lot of space, bedrooms and room with air conditioning, it served 5 people very well. About the Host: Atenciosa since the first contact, note 10. I recommend the same, and yes, I will come back more often!

The apartment is wonderful, in a great location. It was clean, organized and well ventilated. It had everything we needed. It accommodated me, my husband and our two small pets very well. The apartment is great and with a wonderful sea view, the beach in front is wonderful. The pool area has a beautiful view. Everything is very comfortable, I would definitely come back.

The duplex is excellent, well located, facing the beach of Tambaú (only cross the street), near the craft fair and a few meters from the bust of Tamandaré. It has a varied trade nearby, so we don't even need to take the car out of the garage because you can do everything on foot. The sea view at the top of the roof and the pool of the building is beautiful. The apartment is great, comfortable bed, good shower and TV in the living room and bedroom. We did not use the kitchen because we did not want to cook on vacation, but there is a good refrigerator, cooktop and basic utensils that allow you to make meals without problems. The jacuzzi is really good too. The concierge works 24h and the garage is covered and with a certain space. We very much enjoyed the stay and we hope to be able to return soon.

The apartment is very nice, exactly as described and with a beautiful view. All things were in order, and clean. Maria always answered me super fast, answering all the questions and giving check-in and checkout instructions that helped a lot. The only thing that I'm not particularly a fan is the need for shorts and energy limits to use in the apartment during the lodging, which does not make you feel so comfortable (for example we do not even use half of the value released, but we were worried about it, which took a bit of comfort from feeling at home), but it was already in the rental description rules and I just accepted it. If it's something that bothers you too, take into consideration. Outside that was all great! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful apartment, fits 4 people comfortably, has a kitchen equipped with everything you need, although you don't need it, on the ground floor there is everything: restaurants, snack bar, next to the Tambaú fair, with a wide range of tours. Best tourist location in JP. I recommend it!
