Espectacular place and view.

We have been literally traveling around the world making this AirBnB our last stop. It had to have a beautiful view of the Caribbean, check. Had to have a pool, check a very big pool on site! Had to have smart TVs , check 2 TVs. Had to have comfortable apartment with a Puerto Rico vib, check delivered. I could keep going checking things off but you got it by now it was the perfect place to end our trip! Thanks René for hosting us.

This apartment is a hidden gem. Exactly as described but it still does not do justice on the location of the apartment. Apartment is extremely well appointed and had everything you’d required for your stay. We enjoyed or stay immensely

Loved this place! Will be coming back! Felt very safe in the complex, everyone was very friendly! The views from the condo were absolutely gorgeous! Host was very helpful anytime we had questions. We felt very safe the entire time, perfect for my fiance and I. We would highly recommend!

This was our third time within the last 3 Years staying at this Magestic, magnificent AirB&B…. It is so well run and perfectly presented. The pristine, ultra-scenic Views this place offers you is unparalleled and absolutely epic & gorgeous to the eye…. We call it our ‘Little Paradise’ because it gives you the feeling up there on the 25th Floor of total relaxation and complete getaway. And all the little thoughtful decorative details on the inside- and all the kitchen and user-friendly amenities this place offers you during your stay is so well thought out and practical. This place is an absolute stand-out gem of a place to come and disconnect, relax, and enjoy for your getaway Vacation to the beautiful East-side of Puerto Rico. If you enjoy awakening to absolute breathtaking, gorgeous Sunrises every morning while you sip your freshly brewed coffee- with the mild Atlantic Breeze softly blowing around you- then this plave is for you! It’s the very best AirB&B we’ve ever stayed in!

We loved the place except that the check in instructions were not accurate and we were stranded for an hour below the apartment building as we did not have the key card to enter the elevator and the host did not respond. A fellow resident was kind enough to help us enter the elevator with his key card. I would suggest the host to make his check in instructions more accurate. The host responded on the second day of our stay and when we expressed our inconvenience, he again stopped responding. Overall ok experience! Place was good for 2 people and decently clean. View is beautiful.

My best friends and I had an incredible time at Alix’s beautiful condo. This experience truly allowed us to embrace slow living and relaxation! We immediately felt like we were part of a close-knit island community, everyone greeted each other with a smile and a friendly conversation! The views absolutely breathtaking! The sunrises over the ocean each morning were beyond words, and pictures just don’t do it justice. A few tips for future guests: If you plan to explore beyond the island, be mindful of the ferry hours, it only allows six passengers at a time. Harbor Café is a must-visit! The food is SO GOOD! I could eat their fish tacos and empanadas every day! We loved the fun atmosphere, with karaoke nights, a DJ, and great music. We truly enjoyed a few evenings of dinner, drinks, and dancing. If you're looking to explore nearby islands, I highly recommend renting a charter for island hopping—it’s worth it! This was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be back!

Carlos was a fantastic host- attentive, highly responsive, had great recommendations (about eateries, danger to avoid, activities to try), flexible with timing, generous, and very well-prepared. The entire island happened to have a power outage for more than 24 hrs while we were there, but he had a back up battery powering the condo so that essentials (fridge, outlets for charging phones, lighting) was still running. We were very shielded from this major event thanks to his preparations. He kindly brought us delicious tropical fruits his family grew and homemade muffins too. It was a pleasure to get to meet him and his family. The place itself has amazing views, pool access which our kids loved, and is located near beaches, boating excursions, and some excellent restaurants. The condo was clean and had many nice touches to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable (snorkeling gear, laundry hampers, drip coffee maker, and more). Thank you for a terrific vacation.

Priscilla’s place is lovely for two people and has a romantic ambiance and decor. It’s on the top floor, 7th floor, with great views of the ocean and the sunrise from the private balcony. In Las Croabas, there are a few seafood restaurants that are walking distance near the park. However, the smell of seafood and garbage were overwhelming so we were not able to eat there. We ate next door at Ballyhoo, the marina restaurant in the El Conquistador resort. There’s also a small convenience store and coffee shop within walking distance. We took the skyway tram/people mover to visit the rest of the resort. We relaxed at multiple pools onsite and ate at the pool bar. However you have to be a hotel guest to eat at some of the restaurants like Vendana. There are other restaurants and bars in Luquillo about 20min away downtown, and along the highway and beach across from the Fairfield Inn.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment hosted by Monica. The host responded to our messages promptly. The condo had lots of helpful utilities — washer dryer, utensils, spices and condiments, fragrances, telescope, large TV, and hot water. The AC was strong and much appreciated. The views are stunning. The location is accessed via a frequent ferry (5-7 mins ride) from the mainland. You park your car at a convenient parking lot next to ferry pickup point. We had a technical issue with wifi not available for phones/laptops but wired internet to the TV worked fine. Monica was very responsive. She shared that this is the first time this has happened and is likely an outcome of the island-wide outage. She also gave us a small refund as a good will gesture, which we appreciate. Pls check with her and I am sure this won’t affect others.

The view of the ocean is amazing! Condo is well equipped and comfortable. Location is secured and gated. Close to many restaurants within a short drive. Lots to do in town, several beaches within 10 min drive. The 2 day power outage on the island did not affect our stay. Emergency generators allowed elevators, hallway emergency lights and security gates to work. There is a cross breeze from ocean so it never got too warm in condo. Had running cold water during that time. They have rechargeable flashlights in condo. They were quick to answer our messages. Check-in is in person only, so keep that in mind when planning your trip. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo & hope to return someday!

This place was beautiful. I stayed here solo and I felt completely safe. The view is everything, The BED was SOOO comfy, it was actually one of my favorite things about the place. I will definitely stay here again. I hated having to leave. I am currently trying to figure out my return. There isn't any night life nearby if you are seeking a party area. However, you are within walking distance to restaurants near the beach. Please rent a car!! The only thing i didn't like was how annoying the security was. They put a parking violation on my car because i did not immediately come back down to put the parking pass on the car after checking in my room and they chased me down in the garage because the parking pass was not immediately on the vehicle when i would return. But I do put it up before getting out the car. I just can not drive with it hanging in my face.

We stayed at Marco’s place for a week. The home was perfect for our family (2 adults 3 kids). Had everything we needed. The area is quiet and peaceful, very private. We absolutely loved the view and the hammock was perfect for the early morning sunrises or the late night star gazing. The home comes with all the extras you may need for a nice beach day (cooler, chairs, and beach gear). Personally, we enjoyed the sounds of nature. In the mornings you hear the roosters and at night the coqui lulls you to sleep. This was exactly what we were looking for in our stay and will consider staying here again.

This place is amazing! Location couldn’t be better and that roof patio was amazing! We really enjoyed spending evenings up there! The condo had everything you could need, even in an unexpected blackout, there were flashlights, candles, etc. and Rafy made sure to check in with us. The pool was great and being right across the street from the beach was incredible! Would definitely stay here again!

Stay here! The location in Fajardo was great - close to great beaches, restaurants and attractions. But make sure you have time to soak in the views and coziness of the apartment. The views are spectacular! The way the balcony doors open up it feels like you are basking in the breeeze while relaxing in the space. It was clean, cozy and fabulous. We can’t wait for our next visit to Puerto Rico, we will definitely book David’s place again.

What a spectacular view! Wish we had more time to spend on the balcony!!! I loved the condo decor, colors, and furniture- very relaxing vacation vibes! Plenty of things to do in the area- beautiful beaches, El Yunque, etc. The pool was refreshing, too! Host was very responsive. My family had a great time!

Absolutely amazing and beautiful home, cozy atmosphere and very quiet neighborhood, well kept home and very spacious everything was perfect great location only 3 minutes away from the beach. Ms. Mirnalis was an EXCELLENT host, I 100% recommend Ms. Mirnalis home and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank You !!!!!!

Stephen’s place is a true gem! I did not want to leave! Beautiful space, the view is unbeatable, convenient location, great water pressure, top quality products in the home. Stephen is a great and kind communicator. I did not want to leave and I really can’t wait to come back and bring my son. Really can’t tell you how perfect this place was. Don’t hesitate to book it.

Our stay at this oceanfront studio in Fajardo was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the sea right from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The studio was beautifully decorated with modern touches—marble floors, chic coastal décor, and brand-new furniture that made the space feel luxurious yet cozy. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of waves was magical. The queen bed was extremely comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals with a view. The location is unbeatable—right next to El Conquistador Resort and minutes from Seven Seas Beach, the bio bay, and El Yunque rainforest. The security staff was friendly and helpful, and having access to the pool and parking made everything convenient. Perfect for a romantic getaway—we will definitely return and highly recommend it!
