IT IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN, HEATING WITH RADIATORS IN EACH ROOM. IT IS AN INVERTED PENTHOUSE THAT OVERLOOKS THE GARDEN, AND THE TOWN SQUARE THROUGH THE OTHER ENTRANCE. The barn has a dining room with a black kitchen, a room with a double bed, a loft with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has double shower with window to be able to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool and river. And a setting with a monumental complex made up of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian town 5 minutes away. Spectacular! A rural restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the town/city with all the supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away!

We have two very similar apartments (Dreta i Esquerra), between the two they have a capacity for 10 people.

Casa Vella Arrero, is a typical mountain house from the 18th century, completely restored since 2018, where at all times the essence of the typical buildings of the Pyrenees , with stone and wood, has been maintained. The house has an innate, rustic and elegant charm where you could introduce elements of comfort and modernity . The house is all lit by a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

Le Playras, a little piece of heaven!

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Can Comella

Can Comella is integrated into the urban fabric of the town of Gavarra, a town that in the mid-twentieth century was linked to the municipality of Coll de Nargó. Until the beginning of the last century the house was inhabited. Despite its small size, the building's original construction elements make Can Comella a valuable example of the area's traditional architecture.
