Condo vacation rentals in Cabarete

You couldn’t ask for any better than this. Right next to the beach, pool, secure building, and even a surf instructor on site! Not to mention it’s walking distance from endless restaurants and anything you could possibly want to do in Cabarete. Also, the condo itself was really nice and tastefully decorated. One of my favorite parts was sitting in the porch area and watching the ocean. Look no further! This is the spot you’re gonna want if you’re coming to Cabarete.

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can leave your gear outside in the porch, and walk to the water to kite or wing so easily. There is a restaurant between the apartment and the water, making it super convenient to grab food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Internet was quick and reliable, and the air conditioning very effective. Some things about the apartment could be improved: 1) there is a weird smell, potentially coming from the washer, 2) the microwave is broken, 3) the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, and 4) it's not super private and there is a security guard in front 24/7. I would've liked to know before arriving how important it is to bring cash, as most restaurants we went to (including the one on the premises) don't accept credit cards. Stefan was great at providing information about conditions to do the sport, and extremely responsive to our needs! I'd suggest reading the FAQ of the yoga place next door for other useful info!

Mesmerizing view & sound of crashing waves! We loved every moment of our stay in this beautiful condo. The images you see are what you get. Comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen - all the gadgets and utensils you will need. It’s in a great, safe location. The grounds are manicured by a friendly staff. Water sport heaven. Communications were quickly responded to. We can’t wait until we return!

Linka was outstanding with communication! And so was the local property manager, Cyril. So friendly and we asked so many questions and they would answer immediately. The beach setting and apartment complex is just as pictured on the site. It is on the quiet edge of Kite beach and we often saw only a few other people walking or swimming at the beach or pool. The grounds were very clean and tidy and the community was small but guarded. That said we were so safe. The water and sand were beautiful and we loved taking long walk in both directions. One way you could walk about 40 minutes and be in Cabarete for little shops and restaurants. The road doesn’t have a good shoulder and the traffic is busy. Lots of motorcycles and cars passing each other and we were so glad to not drive! We hired Alcides, the best taxi driver that Linka recommended and he became a special part of our vacation. We called on him many times for adventures to different places that we wanted to explore. We had a blast!

Great location and very helpful host

This place was beyond expectations, here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: you have Ocean Views from the balcony, so the home is on the higher side of the island and that’s how you get breathtaking views of the ocean but not ocean Front. The home is less than 5 minutes drive to the beach which is literally down the street, but we took the car because the kids would be exhausted after surfing. Very safe home and a guard at the gate from 4 pm until the morning, so we would go to sleep knowing all is well. Even though we felt safe from the start due the vibe and warmth of the people who live there 😎 People that live in that condo building or the host which lives close by are just so lucky, this was the most calming experience and eco friendly place I have ever been to! And I have to mention the very pleasant locals and lots lots of international people that made this area their forever home. I will for sure be back with our family, we all fell in love! This space is perfect! Very spacious, sparkling clean, and with all the amenities you could want or need. The outdoor space is also fantastic and well-maintained. Communication was excellent and all of our questions were answered quickly. The location could not be better, with easy access to the beach and all of the restaurants Cabarete has to offer. You should definitely stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

I had an amazing stay at Nairobi’s condo in Cabarete! The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and heading out for a peaceful morning run along the shore made each day feel like a dream. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear that Nairobi takes great care in hosting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beach escape with all the right vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was here for a week, Hilary is a very kind host. The contact with her and her manager went smoothly. The view is beautiful, the pool is well maintained. Internet is very good, which is not a given with an airbnb. security very friendly, I felt very safe. The furnishings are a bit older, but fully serve their purpose. Especially for this price, I highly recommend it 👍

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

Excellent place for those on a budget. Clean and safe. Beautiful grounds and pool. Groundskeeper Manual and administrator Jessica super to deal with and owner Matthew a phone call away if any issues! Apartment is cozy and has all the basics. We enjoyed our stay!

I loved the place, everything was very clean and beautiful, the accommodations were in good condition, the pool was very nice, and the beach was a bit rough for swimming, but it’s a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

The apartment has plenty of space and is very secure. Also, the apartment is within walking distance to a very nice Sirena supermarket. I would not consider the apartment to be in downtown Sosua, you will not hear a lot of noise and it will take 2 or 3 more streets of walking/quick driving to get to downtown Sosua.

I'll recommend it to everyone, I will be back on my next trip to Sosua. It's clean, spacious, bright and very safe at all time.

This place was amazing, great people working at your disposal. The host was very responsive to my needs. This place is definitely a gem, and definitely going to rent this airbnb again.
