Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Büyükada

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

The place to stay, the man to know. Intending to visit his other locations. Great host and the location couldn’t be better! Though short, we felt right at home.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The apartment was spacious and quiet. Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The immediate surroundings with graffiti looked less inviting, but this seems to be common in most of Cihangir. Overall we loved staying here and recommend the apartment.

Really super host. Everything was very convenient, ready to help with all questions, very sensitive and responsive. The apartment has everything you need for living, clean and tidy, the apartment is in a quiet place, but at the same time very close to a large pedestrian street with a huge number of establishments and entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay at Can's place. The listing is just as described but the view is even more beautiful in person! The house is clean, private and peaceful. It's on a hilly area but you can walk to restaurants and cafes in 10 minutes. Can was always responsive and super helpful. He also allowed us an early check-in. I would like to mention that we've stayed at many Airbnbs but this is probably the only one that was fully stocked with plenty of water bottles! We really appreciated that. Thank you to the host and we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for short and long term stays.

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

Aksel Bey's house is just as it appears in the photos. The 2+1 house has everything you can need. Very comfortable apartment with smart home system, underfloor heating. Mr. Aksel is very kind and easy to communicate with. If you need to stay around Maslak, you can opt blindfolded.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . This was our 2nd stay in this apartment and everything was as we expected. The location, the comfort of the beds, the meticulousness of the cleaning staff are appreciated. Employees do their jobs as well as they should. We have become a permanent customer and it has become the place we stay every time we come to Istanbul. We had stayed at other hotels in Florya before and we were just as satisfied.

Everything was excellent

The place was very pretty! There is always someone in the reception to keep everything safe. Everything was in walking distance! The appartment was clean, there were some card gaemes, a TV. Everything you need for a city trip! It was a lovely stay and the host was so nice and friendly, always there to help! Would definitely recommend when visiting Istanbul!

Host was sooooo lovely ! Property was bigger than we were expecting which was great bonus. Perfect location. Beautiful streets We had a plumbing issue which was rectified within the hour of advising the host. They are very quick to respond to any queries we had. I could not recommend rate this accommodation and the host any higher.

We had a very pleasant stay. We had a peaceful and quiet and beautiful day where we enjoyed the house without getting tired in the crowds of the island. We were always able to reach Yüce Hanıma quickly before and after the stay. The house had most things that could be needed during the stay. We thought that there should have been materials such as kitchen cloth, spare garbage bags, roll towels, which are needed only during kitchen use, but we still left happy and satisfied. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

Beautiful Ottoman-style house with a magical view of the Golden Horn from breakfast to sunset, in the company of the little black cat ;) the neighborhood is colorful and pleasant to live in... Well connected by transport, once you find the stops ;) Merve was very flexible for check-in and checkout times. Thanks to her. We had a great time for this first time in Istanbul and would recommend this Airbnb! Be in shape, there are 49 steps to the magnificent view of the terrace and a small slope to reach the house.

I was a little nervous to book with no reviews but don't hesitate. We stayed with two littles and it is kid approved. The location was perfect as a first time visitor to Istanbul and the view was awesome from both the flat and rooftop. The area is walkable with lots of food options and public transport is minutes away. The host is also very responsive and helped us late in the night when we locked ourselves out of the safe. The only thing I wish I had known prior was that cars are not allowed on the street in front of the place, so you do need to walk to the flat from your drop off point. The peninsula hotel nearby is a good place to do that and avoid stairs. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ümmühan‘s beautiful apartment! Would highly recommend the place, which is in a quiet street in the middle of everything. The apartment is at least as beautiful as in the pictures and has everything you need. Ümmühan was an amazing host: Super friendly and very knowledgeable with the many questions we asked her.
