We love The Hive in Entebbe. It’s our favorite place to stay after a long international flight. Host is very helpful and accommodating and the drivers are great. Breakfast is lovely and the view of the lake from the upper verandah is beautiful. Beds are clean and comfortable.
The two-story house features a bright white exterior with a red-tiled roof. A spacious porch is visible at the front, surrounded by lush green grass and mature trees, offering a serene setting. Adjacent to the house, a car can be seen parked in the driveway.

Had a very pleasant stay at Alison & Dave's beautiful accommodation. Everything was as described on the ad. Emma, Tomas and the other house help went above and beyond to make me comfortable, topping it off with a nice breakfast! Will definitely stay again whenever I fly into Entebbe.
A well-lit sleeping area features a spacious bed draped with a mosquito net. Soft linens are neatly arranged alongside fresh towels. A wooden wardrobe stands against the wall, and sunlight filters through the semi-sheer curtains, creating a warm ambiance in the room.

We needed to call the host and let him speak with a local so that we could find the place. It was right in front of a small store where we could buy some fruits to give to the kids, its centered between the housing of the locals, love it. And also the staff was very humble and friendly.

I highly recommend Steinar’s place. The property is amazing. They arranged for airport pickup and were there waiting on us when we arrived. Close to the airport. Steinar was very kind, accommodating, and takes pride in his property. Staff were perfect hosts!

Secrets was absolutely amazing! Our host was very communicative, and even helped book our excursion. We had breakfast included every day, and even had several dinners here as well. Their chefs are top notch, and so kind. All staff are very kind, and the host Ssempa is also very kind. I cannot recommend this place enough!! We felt extremely safe, and very at home. We had the most amazing time in Entebbe, and even took a two day trek to Murchison falls with Littlerock Safaris, and were able to leave our belongings while gone on the trek. Everything about Ssempas chalets is complete safety, and so welcoming. I would stay here a million times over. Her family is lovely and her staff very attentive and kind. The rooms are just as described, comfy, clean and feels like home. The restaurant is so lovely, and the food was delicious and made with love! Ever have a fresh avocado off a tree? Well, you will here. And they’re to die for. I wish I could go on and on, but I’m out of space. Stay here!

The unit was very clean and tidy and Dorothy was great at helping arrange for a taxi at the airport even though the request was very late. Enjoyed my stay.
