Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und die Unterkunft war insgesamt genauso, wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Einziger kleiner Punkt: In den Zimmern war es teilweise etwas kalt, da die Heizung nicht ganz perfekt funktioniert hat. Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le logement est chaleureux et très lumineux. Nous y sommes venus avec nos deux grandes filles, chacun a trouvé une chambre confortable. Les espaces de vie commune, cuisine, salle à manger et salon sont bien équipés et agencés et favorisent la convivialité, avec en plus le jardin pour nous reposer après les activités à faire dans dans les environs. Amsterdam est à 30mn en train, idem pour Utrecht. C'est bien pratique pour s'éviter les galères de parking ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour aux Pays-Bas. Nous reviendrons chez Steph et Pascal avec plaisir.

We are glad to choose Duco as our host for the holidays. The house is located in a beautiful and friendly spot in Naarden, the neighborhood felt so cozy, calm, and vintage. I really thank Duco for this opportunity to stay at his place, my family and I had an amazing time feeling like home, he has provided guidances and trip ideas along our journey with sightseeing options, restaurants, and etc. As a matter of fact, everything needed was near with a 5 mins walk to Albert Heijn or other essentials needed in a neighborhood, beautiful sightseeings, and beautiful restaurants. Overall, check-in was smooth, responsiveness was excellent, and an amazing walkable area. Thank you Duco for your friendly hospitality, we will for sure visit you again!

Bardzo życzliwi gospodarze - pomocni w każdej chwili, domowa, rodzinna atmosfera, ale zapewniona prywatność. Bardzo dobre domowe śniadanie wliczone w cenę. Pokój czysty, duży, wygodny. Przy pokoju nowoczesna łazienka. Na dole kuchnia z wyposażeniem - dla osób z dużą niesprawnością problemem mogą być strome schody. Reszta domu bardzo wygodna. Przed domem piękny ogród i zapewnione duże miejsce do parkowania - na terenie za bramą. W okolicy dużo miejsc które warto zwiedzić - w korytarzu są informatory i mapki a gospodarz chętnie opowie - warto zapytać. Polecamy gospodarzy i miejsce.

Large family house near Amsterdam (special price)

Loved our stay! 4 bedrooms and 3 baths is difficult to come by in Europe, so that was a blessing! Street is narrow so be prepared to rent a small vehicle if renting. We had 5 adults & rented a Dacia Jogger 7 seater & fit just fine in the parking spot. Its a 1 way street. We loved the charm of the historic home...has been modernized. There is a nice backyard, but we were too busy to use it. There is a bbq grill, full kitchen, 2.5 baths. Fenna provides 5 bikes, 3 tall adult, one tall kid and one med kid bike....You can easily walk or ride bikes to an area just a few small blocks over with a very nice grocery store, a bakery, and burger restaurant. All wonderful, with friendly service and most speak English and Dutch or use google translate to speak with them. There is no microwave. Fenna communicates very well. Beds were comfortable. House was clean! Wood stove. Close to everything. House cozy and well stocked. Appliances are Miele so might be a good idea to familiarize yourself.

Design lovers' waterfront home near Amsterdam

Het huis van Annelieke en Geoffrey is heel mooi ingericht en de grote raampartijen met zicht op een prachtige natuur zijn zeer aangenaam. Planten zijn overal aanwezig, zowel binnen als buiten wat een heel fijn gevoel geeft. De tuin eindigt aan het water (met hekje dus helemaal ok voor kleine kids) en dat was heel rustgevend en mooi. Verder is het huis zeer comfortabel ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De contacten met Annelieke en Geoffrey verliepen heel vlot, ze zijn heel vriendelijk en wensen het beste voor hun gasten. We verbleven daar 1 week met onze drie kinderen en zouden niet aarzelen om terug te gaan zodra we kunnen :) Nogmaals bedankt!
