Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Zwiethouse ligt op Klein Landgoed (1 ha) naast Paleis Soestdijk en Kasteel Drakensteyn. Vanuit het boshuis (in privacy gelegen) prachtig uitzicht de natuur in ! Vele vogels, ook uilen, eekhoorntjes en je ziet geregeld reeen! Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht.
