Five miles from Bury St Edmunds and once stables,Orchard Cottage is now a bright, airy home with full length windows & double doors that give lovely views of the orchard and paddocks beyond. The two double bedrooms with their en-suite shower rooms are on either side of the large open plan living/kitchen area. All are decorated in a simple but comfortable manner with powerful showers, good beds and built in storage. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is central heating, wifi and freesat TV.

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).
