Set in the heart of Burgundy, the house boasts traditional stone architecture and enjoys a tranquil location overlooking fields and forest as well as the historic Église Saint-Nizier and the enchanting Château de Burnand. Nature lovers can enjoy walks in the forest starting right outside the house.

L'ÉTAPE, Chalonnaise coast: functional calm

For private stays or business trips, we provide a 50 m² accommodation on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable (mattresses changed at the end of 2021), fully equipped (kitchen, linen). Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Small shops 3 minutes by car, Cluny 25 minutes, Chalon-sur-Saône 35 minutes. Away from major roads. The accommodation is an outbuilding of our property with a shared courtyard. There is a picnic area and parking not attached to the accommodation.

You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.

We offer a Burgundian immersion in a former "Folie" then an old "Fruitier" totally renovated in 2021. 50m2, spacious, bright, charming and atypical. In the heart of the Chalonnaise coast, close to a 14th century ducal palace, the Germolles Fruitier awaits you for a relaxing and atypical stay. Enjoying a private garden, garden furniture, garage bikes and motorcycles, you will also have access to the swimming pool and games room ( Ping Ping, foosball and billiards).

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. The charm of the old meets the comfort of modern materials, we hope you will find in this place a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Our small hamlet is located in the Burgundian countryside. In a private courtyard, apartment with an equipped kitchen, a living room, a master suite with a double bed and a single bed open to the bathroom.
