Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Burke

Beautiful views from inside and out. Extremely quiet and peaceful location. Home was comfortable and had more then everything needed. Small towns and lakes near by were great to visit and short drives.

This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

Beautiful cabin facing the snow covered Clyde river. Everything was amazing. 7 miles to the small town of Island Pond. We felt at home and like family during our stay. It has definitely become our favorite vacation spot. We can’t wait to come and enjoy it in the other seasons as well. We definitely will be coming back.

Wonderful stay and a beautiful, clean house! Location was perfect and an easy drive to everything we wanted to do and see. It was very peaceful and quiet at the house which was a plus. Had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again!

Absolutely my best experience with ABB to date! Everything was as described , beautiful house and views with above and beyond amenities. Pool room was a bonus, the furnishings adorable and very comfy love the anitiques I’m a huge fan! Darren the most professional and attentive host to date as well! Kathy's cabin on the lake is the most magical place - quiet, peaceful and beautiful, the log cabin a throwback to an earlier time (but with great wifi). We sat on the dock with coffee and listened to the sound of loons out on the water. Kathy is also a great host. We will be back (we have actually stayed here a number of times because it's really the most lovely).

James and Nella were great with communication and were quickly responsive for any questions needed. The place was great and a perfect farmhouse feel.

Everything went well at this Airbnb. It was a little confusing at first as I did not realize there were 2 different rentals at this house and tried to enter wrong door. If you rent this particular one, you have to go around back to get to the entry door, which I totally missed in the welcome email. We also ran into an issue where someone from the other rental accessed our space and placed some sushi in our fridge. Which I don't eat, and was a little unnerving. However, We did confirm it was an accident, and all was ok. I do wish we had gotten to the bottom quicker for peace of mind, but the owner stated he would get that fixed to where it couldn't happen again. All in all, it was a great location, the snow and overlooking the lake was amazing. Wish we had more time to hang out at the house, but at the end of a 14 hour work day all that mattered was the beds were comfy.

This place is right on the lake, with a view of the lake from the covered porch. Grounds are very well kept, nice heated pool and private located on its own dead end road. This place was very well kept and clean. I would recommend to others.

Bottom Line –– We will be back again next year. This was a ski in and out location. Out the door and a few steps later your putting on the skis. Yet due to the trees and layout you never felt like folks were looking in. The place was very clean and had as many pots, pans and plates ect, as 4 adults and a 4yo needed. I've stayed at places in the past that had a shortage of these everyday items, but not here. She even had some basic spices. Their were extra towles and blankets. And, it is well furnished. This place felt like home, it was easy to live in.

We enjoyed staying at Caitlyn"s place. It was clean, cozy and a perfect space to enjoy Jay Peak snow... less than 15 mins to the mountain. thank you for your hospitality Caitlyn. We look forward to booking with you again up the road.

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

We loved our 3 night stay at this cozy condo on Burke Mountain! We enjoyed the easy access to the slopes, the wood burning stove, and a few awesome area restaurants recommended by Meredith! We hope to be visit again soon!

Very nice and comfortable apartment that had everything we needed and more. Spacious MBR plus an individual bedroom - perfect for our party of three. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to spend some days, or more, in St. Johnsbury.
