Our house,which is in the forest near the sea, is within 30 minutes distance from Bostancı and 1 hour from Besiktas/Kabatas/Eminonu by ferry. In the house, the only sound that break the silence are the chirping of birds and the whistle of ferries. In our island, where blue meets green, you can walk in the forest breathing fresh air, enjoy the sea and sun, hang out in the town centre, which is only 15 minutes walking distance, and work remotely with decent wifi connection.In winter,it has heater.

Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. (🎶 a mansion that feels like winter garden) We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿
