Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Het huis heeft een grote woonkamer met houtkachel en een ruime volledig ingerichte eetkeuken. Grote relax en sportruimte met sauna, tafeltennistafel, pooltafel, dartbord en volop bordspellen, en een sjoelbak en televisie plus wifi. Ervaar de rust van het Naturpark Südeifel en het huis met zijn vele extra's.

Hello Dear Guests We offer a comfortable apartment, completely renovated, modern, very well equipped, located in the countryside with many possibilities for bucolic walks. Hiking/biking paradise

The house is suitable for couples and families (with children) and is located in the middle of the quiet village. Nearby, there is a castle (The castle of Reuland is one of the most beautiful and largest ruins of the Ardennes) and the St. Stephen's Church to visit. You can hike (hiking trails available) and bike in nature. Bicycles can be rented from the tourist office in the village. In the snow, you can go cross-country skiing in Rodt.
