The space is a dedicated basement apartment. The space has its own door and lock, but guests will enter through a shared garage entrance. The decor is neat and modern. There is a small kitchenette, giving guests the ability to eat in, or make coffee. The cozy sitting area is a great place to wind down for the evening or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The apartment is below our living space. While we will do our best to keep noise to a minimum, you will hear kids/footsteps during the day.

We had a great time so relaxing!!!! Very clean had a toaster there wat I was hoping for the only thing I wud try n remember is take some soft cozy blankets along since I always like soft cozy blankets ….. there was a keurig coffee maker there with coffee pods 2 get started very organized kitchen !!!! I wud also try n remember to take a dish cloth along since there wasn’t any there to clean off counter tops but over all we had a good relaxing time was a very beautiful home !!!!

My friends and I came into town for our 20th college reunion. Jeff's home was perfect! it was very clean and very comfortable. This home has been recently updated but still has the old craftsman charm. We loved the front porch and the window seat in particular. The bed were extremely comfortable and we felt right at home! The location was amazing being right off Bever St, less than a block to campus. We actually discovered that it was a home that once belonged to a now retired Wooster Professor, which was fun! The walk to downtown was 15-20 minutes. We were shocked by how much downtown changed for the better! Amazing shops, bakeries, markets, and restaurants, even a brewery! We already plan to come back and hope Jeff's home is available because it was just perfect for hanging out with good friends. Thanks! Carlyn

The house was beautiful! Exactly like the description said! Everything was extremely clean, new and fresh! The beds were extremely comfortable. We all slept amazing! It was awesome that we had access to a washer and dryer. We went to a concert and our clothes got muddy so it was nice to be able to wash them there. We were so happy to find Tide Pods and Dryer Sheets to use. When we return for another concert at Blossom Music Center we will definitely stay there again if it is available!

When my first wedding venue fell through and I was struggling to find a place to get married so last minute, I just so happened to stumble across this property and Bryce and his crew were absolutely perfect ! They made sure we had the wedding of our dreams and went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. We absolutely loved it here and will most definitely return. Such nice people! Will recommend them for the rest of my days! They saved our wedding day and helped us create the most beautiful reception space with a gorgeous place to stay ! We absolutely loved it here ! Cynthia was exceptional and so sweet and helpful ! You would’ve thought we had known them our whole lives ! Forever grateful for the people at Cf ranch ❤️
