Considering Joanna had 70 reviews with all 5 stars, naturally, we went in with higher expectations. That said, we were not disappointed. The property is well taken care of inside and out. The amenities were abundant, pool was incredible, location provides privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Joanna was always very quick to answer any question. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

This place was amazing, we had so much room, we stayed here for Rockville and we will be trying to stay here every year. There was not one item that this place didn’t already have. The last minute things you forget don’t worry they are fully prepared. The place is decorated so nice it looks good and it’s functional. We all enjoyed this place, by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.

Lena is a great host who has a lovely place to stay. At home is very accommodating and I would recommend to others if ever in town and looking for nice lodging.

Johanna was very pleasant and helpful. Drove from CT to see my father who was very sick. She was in communication whole trip down had lights and house ready for my 3am arrival. We chose to get the pool heated and it was nice and warm on arrival. House was very cozy and home like feeling. We cooked in the kitchen grilled outside and were able to enjoy the pool even at night with privacy and colored lighting outside was a great touch. The outside patio was nice for conversation and drinks and being fenced in was a plus with the bugs. Johanna checked with me to see how my father was doing and genuinely cared. Master bedroom and shower was amazing wanna redo my house the same way. All in all my rating is a 15 out of 10 best Airbnb I have stayed yet and will be returning every time I visit my father. All restaurants and stores were only 5-8 minutes away and neighborhood was pleasant for walks and nice and quiet.

Had a wonderful stay traveling with my family! We spent countless hours in the beautiful pool and backyard space. The house was clean and well appointed. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed the stay at Deanna’s place. The beds were comfortable, so the sleep was good. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stay at her place!

Large specious house nicely decorated with a great pool with canal front!!! Ann is a wonderful host who responds very quickly and is very nice and accomodating. the place is spotless, very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable as well as the living room! there are thoughtful details throughout the place to make your stay pristine! The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

the place was nice and clean. It provided lots of things we need. Including shampoo, coffee, towels, et al. The bbq restaurant nearby is great. Easy access to beach in 20 mins

We had a great family vacation at Michelle’s place. The pool was always warm, the game room was fun, and Michelle was very responsive to all my questions. She even went out of her way to make sure my daughter had a high chair.

Very clean, comfortable bed, fridge had water and ice. Val was incredibly responsive and flexible on check in time! Highly recommend this host.

Nature's paradise surrounded by fresh springs. David has the sweetest house keeper that goes above and beyond with a beautiful smile. The beds are comfortable. The air is ice cold. I have rented a few in this park and this is our new favorite.

This place was perfect for me and my fiancé’s quick 3 day stay. It was peaceful, right on the beach, and close enough to downtown that we didn’t mind venturing out a couple times for food and things to do. Most importantly, this was truly the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. I saw people raving about cleanliness in the reviews, but it was truly spotless. It made the stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!

Enjoyed my stay at this cozy beachside condo! The bed is insanely comfortable and the balcony views were gorgeous! Loved the coffee bar area, such a nice touch! Our host was super helpful & responsive! We would definitely stay again!

This place was such a gem! Walking distance to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. Had a minor maintenance issue right after checking in, but Ela was very responsive and the issue was fixed immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a lovely place for our group! It had plenty of space and having a full kitchen was really nice. It was also close to St. Augustine and also only an hour and a half from NASA. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!
