Lovely self contained flat

Newly converted double garage conversion into a lovely bright and airy self contained flat. Their is a large bedroom with adjoining toilet, shower and hand basin. Their is a roomy kitchen sitting area equipped with small tv with loads of freeview channels. electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with small freezer compartment. Plates cups, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc. An iron and ironing board is also provided. The kitchen has a breakfast/laptop bar and stools and a Settee. We’re very happy with this lovely conversion and hope you will be too. There’s off street parking provided for one car and own private secure access to the flat. We’re situated in a nice quiet residential area, yet close enough to plenty of shops restaurants and pubs etc. With quick and easy access to A13 and M25

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step
