Located on the road of Bomun Tourist Complex and Bulguksa in Gyeongju, the property is 7 minutes by car from Bomun Complex, 5 minutes from Bulguksa, and is located in an area where it is good to travel to Gyeongju's downtown tourist attractions and Yangnam, and Gampo (Sea Area Station) in about 20 minutes. Cozy House is a modern-style duplex and is a great space for couples to use. Enjoy a relaxing view of Mt. Toham from the private terrace and inside the room full of emotion:) This is a double accommodation including infants, and additional people are not allowed. * The pool is a shared outdoor pool that is only open during the summer months and is not a heated pool. * We change bedding (duvet cover, pillow cover) daily. * We prepare an outdoor electric grill for 20000 won for 2 people, so barbecue is allowed on the individual terrace. * One more thing I will tell you about there are cats in the yard. It is a spacious, clean and old room of a traditional hanok house in 2019. It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There is a Seoak Seo-won, the Mughwangneung, and Seoak Highlands nearby, and it is good for a light walk around a 15-minute walk. It's also a fun event for the Old House in Seoakseowon every Saturday between April and October.

Gorgeous Hanok in a fantastic location to explore Gyeongju. We had an excellent time. Easy walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. The off-street parking for our hire car was very convenient. The large bath and swimming pool were excellent features and made for very relaxing evenings. The host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!!

I have a child while living in Gyeongju, so I often go to a full villa, and it was the best accommodation☺️. First of all, the host's kindness was the best. The pool was very spacious, the water was warm, and the host adjusted the temperature one more time when I went in. He also asked about my child's gender and adjusted the bedding! I'm very sensitive to bedding, I slept very comfortably. The bedding was so clean! The whole house was very warm. It was the first time I've seen an accommodation with this many towels~ There's a baby bottle sterilizer, baby food, and a baby chair. The slide and sandpit outside are also great for the kids to play. It was cold, but we played for a bit before checking out, and my kid really liked it even though it was for a short time! I am 10000% willing to revisit. My kid wanted to come again. I will visit again next time. Happy New Year!! I had a happy time☺️.

I rested a whole day in the pretty village of Gyeongju, just like the name implies. The front yard and backyard were well decorated, and the bedding, bathroom, and kitchen were all clean. ^^ You also provided a fireplace, so it was a family trip full of memories. ^^

A spacious sleeping area features a wooden bed with a light-colored duvet. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, illuminating the glossy tiled floor. A small table is set against the window, accompanied by a potted plant, adding a touch of greenery to the room.

There is an accommodation on the third floor in a three-story building (with a good view.....). The owner is doing skin scuba-related ups. First of all, the interior is very clean. Have you recently renovated it to do the accommodation business? It's so tidy that I want to. The big sofa is also a bed, so I don't think it's a bad idea for 4 adults to stay. (I traveled with a 14-month-old baby) The terrace was made of full glass and had some windows, and there was a neat heater, so it was nice to be able to have a long conversation with my wife on the terrace without knowing if it was cold. The sea was right in front of the accommodation, and the water was clear, so you could see the floor. I don't know if there is a convenience store nearby. (After playing outside, I went to the grocery store and came in) The fish market is a 5-minute drive away. The owner was very kind, so I went there with a good mood.

8 of us visited, and it was so nice! The inside of the house was so clean, and I used the barbecue on a rainy day, and it was so nice and quaint. There were no other houses around, so I was able to have fun relatively comfortably until late. I highly recommend it as a large family accommodation!

I've been to a lot of pool villas, but I've never been in such a friendly place. First of all, it was nice to have a large parking space, and the store and management building were attached, so it was nice to be able to visit comfortably if you need anything. The swimming pool was spacious, so you could swim comfortably, and the pool and grill were right next to it, so it was nice to be able to eat meat while playing in the water. What was really, really unfortunate was that I didn't have a lot of time to play more..?
