I had such a great experience in Hammi's home, i felt welcome and cared for. It stayed there for 2 weeks. It was like a second home, Hammi & her husband treated me like a daughter and I'm very greatful for their kindness. Hanna, her daughter, was very responsive as well, she explained how to get from the airport to the location, helped me get a sim card, and over my stay, whenever i needed help she was always very responsive over the phone. The room is at the top floor of the house. The house is very well kept, very clean. Makdes does a wonderful job everyday, and she helped me so much while I was there. Just near the house, there is a really nice local restaurant where you can have very tasty Ethiopian food and coffee. I loved that place! Also, there's local shops where you can buy fruits, water and anything you may need for your stay within walking distance. Overall, i'm happy i chose Hammi's home for my stay and i would do it again whenever I'll be back in Addis. Thank you! <3

Filimon is a great host and very accommodating. He let me check in early as my flight landed super early. The staff at the hotel were so kind and welcoming. The place was clean and comfy and the WiFi works great! Will def stay here again!

Even before we moved into the apartment, the host was friendly and accommodating. He even arranged a crib especially for our daughter. During the stay, he was always easily accessible and responded promptly, a friendly housekeeper brought over needed shower towels and more several times. We enjoyed the time in the apartment. In the evening, it turned out that not all taxi drivers were willing to drive up the somewhat bumpy road. But that was no problem, the way up the street is illuminated and short.

The sleek, white exterior complements the neutral tones of the bathroom, allowing natural light to enhance the space.

I had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Eaba’s place it was like a home away from home very peaceful and easy to walk to the shops at Djibouti street. Eaba responded extremely very well especially when I had some issue with the wifi …Eaba bought a brand new portable wifi device and gave it to me as a back up just in case so I could have a pleasant internet experience. I had a lot of clean clothes so I never used the beautiful washing machine in the bathroom. Also the security guard Gobaze was always around and very willing to help out. Gobaze and Eaba were instrumental towards my getting a taxi to the airport at 5am for my early 9am fight. I will surely stay here on my next trip to Addis Ababa and I recommend Eaba’s place for anyone coming to Addis.
