This was our second time booking this apartment, and once again, everything went perfectly. The location is fantastic — close to everything you need — and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Guro is an incredibly friendly and helpful host, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

My stay at Orb City apartment was just great! 🌿 The apartment is very stylish, cozy and perfectly clean — it felt like they cared about every little comfort. Everything you need for a comfortable life was at hand: from soft linens to a fully equipped kitchen. Special thanks to the hosts — communication was easy and pleasant, they responded quickly to all questions and were very attentive. I also liked the neighborhood: safe, modern, with cafes, shops and beautiful infrastructure. It was not just a place to stay, but a real little oasis, which is pleasant to return to after a day of walking. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the city!

This was my second booking with Gregory, as I extended my stay - and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The flat is superb, with an incredible sea view that’s hard to beat. All the furniture is of high quality, and the sound insulation is excellent - I hardly heard a thing from the neighbours. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Batumi!

It was the best ever stay in Batumi. we had it all: a super cozy apartment with a great design, a perfect location, and a super responsive host.

Everything was perfect. Dmitry was very communicative. Views from the apartment to the sea like you can see in the pictures. The bed mattress very comfortable and all the apartment cristal clean. We will repeat in our next trip to Batumi

If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. I am staying withe friends and we r total 4 couple and 3 adults child , her house is 20 km far from Batumi city , the city name is chakavi, if u enjoy your holiday with your friends to perfect place to stay if u enjoy night clubs and some like that then u stay in Batumi city , if u have car so must u stay in this house its front of beach , beach is only 10 to 15 minutes by walk , we r enjoy our stay ,

The apartment was even better than on photos! Close to beach,but quiet,it's a great combination. Giorgi and Mary were nice and provided good service and hospitality) tasty wine;)

A great place to relax with family. The sea is very close and the passage to it is through a pleasant pine forest. There are no sun loungers on the beach, etc., but the house has an umbrella and a mat. But it's better to take your own bedding with you House with all your needs for your holiday: Very comfortable two bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet. The third bedroom is in a separate living room, on the way to the other two bedrooms. That is, two bedrooms are fully isolated, and the third is less comfortable and in the passageway There is a convenient parking space in the yard, there are chairs, a table, a brazier. The only thing is that firewood for the barbecue is not included in the price and we paid an additional 30 lari for it. The price also includes bicycles that you can rent. We took it several times, drove around the neighborhood, but I wouldn't say that there are many interesting places to go. But the idea of bicycles is super Hosts respond very quickly and help with all questions Thank You!

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

This is the best Airbnb experience I have had so far. Maia was always available to respond to any questions we had, even before we arrived at the apartment. Besides that, she prepared some local cuisine for our arrival, which was a small but warm gesture from her. The apartment itself is excellent - brand new, 2-bedroom, comfortable sofa, clean and convenient bathroom. I believe the price is worth these conditions. It's a 10/10 experience overall, and I would recommend it to anyone.
