I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center, just a 3-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and a large mall. The flat itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Batumi!

Stayed with my mom after a trip to the mountains. White walls and a calm universal design gave us strength before returning home. Amazing view of the city, which allowed us to realize that we were in Batumi:) The apartment had everything you need and more. And the piano was a delight - I haven't seen my mom play in a long time. If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. We strongly recommend it to everyone.

I was renting houses all over the world with Airbnb and while sometimes the distance from the sea is somewhat underestimated in the descriptions, it's not the case with Natalie's house. It is really very close to the sea, but it's not it's biggest advantage. The house is very comfortable and while it is not far from other houses in the are, it offers a great deal of privacy and intimacy. The house is equipped in all the necessary things you might need during your seaside holidays, has a good Internet access, big colour TV with streaming services. The equipment is new and works good, and if any problems arise, Natalie is very helpful to solve them. She is a very good host, offering help with things that not necessarily have anything to do with the house itself. But what I loved most about the house was the green, peaceful and quiet surroundings. I haven't slept that well for ages, which is a big deal for a person with sleep problems like me. I definitely recommend this place and host!

A great place to relax with family. The sea is very close and the passage to it is through a pleasant pine forest. There are no sun loungers on the beach, etc., but the house has an umbrella and a mat. But it's better to take your own bedding with you House with all your needs for your holiday: Very comfortable two bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet. The third bedroom is in a separate living room, on the way to the other two bedrooms. That is, two bedrooms are fully isolated, and the third is less comfortable and in the passageway There is a convenient parking space in the yard, there are chairs, a table, a brazier. The only thing is that firewood for the barbecue is not included in the price and we paid an additional 30 lari for it. The price also includes bicycles that you can rent. We took it several times, drove around the neighborhood, but I wouldn't say that there are many interesting places to go. Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.
