Located at a perfect location, very accessible. Place was clean and spacious for two persons. Unfortunately there was no wifi but it wasn’t a problem. We had a good stay

We enjoyed our stay at this unit, the host very accommodating, responsive and very considerate. It has all the things you need. Highly recommended 💯

A comfortable place for a longer-term stay. It has everything needed to feel right at home in a new country. The views from the 16th floor were beautiful and provided a get away from the noisy traffic below. The building gym and pool were only available to guests staying 3 month or more. It would be nice if that and other rules that were on the inside of the entry of the condo unit were in the description to warn other guests to these restrictions.

we had 3-day trip to cagayan for a wedding and we couldnt have booked the perfect place to stay! the unit was nice and clean, parking is no brainer as we can always find a spot whenever we come back to the unit, great lobby and security staff! i would def stay here whenever we’re in cagayan.

Second time staying here and I’m glad to say it hasn’t changed. Had everything I needed. I had a peaceful stay here and slept well. Love also that the room is higher up, so you hear less of the hubbub below. Thankful to Alchie for accommodating my requests and being quick to reply.

We still had a great time staying at his unit, though there's a slight problem on the water and it's beyond his control. Sir Nino still managed to provide us water that we need. Fortunately the water connection came back at night. We appreciates the effort Sir Nino gave to us his clients. We enjoyed our staycation.

What a cozy place po. Feels like home . The room was clean same po SA picture. Very responsive po si Host. Mabait at nagulat din po ako since valentine's day ako nag check in hehe may pa wine din si host po. Maraming salamat . Naging memorable po oath taking KO dahil din SA place or room San ako nag stay. Sauulitin . I recommend this place po or room po Kasi dika talaga magsisisi. God bless po and thank you once again.

Ma'am Grace is a responsive and accommodating host. She quickly resolved my issue when I told her the induction stove is not working. She was also prompt in accommodating our last minute request of getting a paid parking space at the condo. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. For those working from home, the unit's stable connection is a plus, too!

It was an amazing stay at Tonnie Mae’s apartment! ☺️ The place is located in the heart of the city and very near to everything ( shops, restaurants , mall and etc ) Tonnie Mae is very helpful , friendly and response quickly with my queries and etc. It was a smooth guest - host transactions . Definitely a recommended place to stay .

She replied quickly to all my queries. Definitely one of the best hosts we’ve encountered. We were comfortable throughout our stay, felt like home! It's a home away from home

Roomy apartment with a spectacular view of the city and surrounding mountains, located right on Corrales and near to both Centrio mall and Divisoria. Clean, well maintained and comfortable to stay in. Pamela is super responsive and well organized. The one downside is the slow elevator, which can cause delay at peak times. Thanks for a lovely stay

I stayed for 2 months and had a wonderful experience. The place was simple but great, perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. There was a nice table I used for studying, and the balcony view was one of my favorite parts. It faced the amenities and the gym so I could easily check if anyone was working out before heading down myself. I could also hang my laundry on a drying rack on the balcony, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a well-thought-out space in a great location. Highly recommended!!!

wonderful and clean place

My son and I had a great stay. We loved going down to Tapsi Boi in the mornings for breakfast. Pool was so nice. You have the area to yourself in the mornings, so nice. You can walk to the mall, but it's very hot and just as easy to get Grab. Definitely get the Grab app. People at the property were so nice. Everytime I went to the pool I would talk to someone new. Loved having a washer available. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. A/C worked great. The condo is about 1hr from the airport. Traffic is crazy. Lanie responses quickly, thank you for that... Pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning...3 elevators, so never a long wait. 8 th floor corner condo with huge windows so you have great views. There is a place below that does have music between 8-10 pm. If you want to sleep before 10 bring ear plugs or like me I have sleep sounds on my phone.

This was my second stay at Catherine’s place, chosen again after a fantastic first experience last year. Once again, it was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Catherine was incredibly flexible with my early check-in and late check-out requests, making my stay even smoother. I never even considered browsing for other options—her place is my go-to in CDO unless unavailable. She responds quickly and is very accommodating to every request. I highly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay with a caring and responsive host.
