Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good, in easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars for aperitif. It is on the other side of the river from the typical tourist destinations like the David and the Uffizi, but because Florence is so easily walkable, it only took about 20 minutes to walk to any of those areas. This side of the river is definitely quieter, but still has plenty to do (including the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are not to be missed)! As far as communication, it was absolutely top notch. We had an issue where the handle on the water faucet in the kitchen broke on Sunday, and the host was extremely quick to respond, and had a plumber out to fix the problem in under an hour. We were shocked and impressed, particularly given it was a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room is very good, but the bedroom could get a bit hot at night. Still we would return!

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

First things first, Simona's attention to detail is amazing. Everything is so clean and professional. The apartment was even cooled down when we arrived, just how we liked it! The overall apartment was like in the pictures and the yard of the apartment was really nice. However the apartment is really quite small when the sofa is made to an bed. The outside yard helps with this a lot and is huge plus. It feels like an extension to the apartment. Simona recommended us some restaurants, we tried one called Mamma Pizza and found it awesome. She really has good recommendations and communication with her is really easy. The neighborhood of the apartment is nice and quiet and many places like the store and restaurants are within walking distance.

Vittoria is a wonderful host! She is very kind and accommodating . The apartment is pristine clean and enjoyable. Their are high ceilings lots of space and the AC works like magic. Thank you for your hospitality! 🙏

Beautiful house, with the charm of the old and a breathtaking view. The garden and pool are very well maintained and it feels good. Other people may also be on site, as the house is separated into several parts. On our side, we had no issues with the neighbors, and the place is big enough to have its own space. Communication with Barbara was great, she provided us with all the information we needed and responded promptly. Arriving by car is not that complicated, just make sure the GPS avoids a closed road. We followed Barbara's instructions and everything went well. All in all, this house allowed us to have a good time, to relax during our holidays, and its authentic charm caused a few touches of nostalgia.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 N.B. Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

First of all, a big compliment to Sandro. Communication was perfect. Even though we didn't meet in person, we were able to communicate well. The house is fantastic. Much better than the pictures could ever say. This attention to detail is unique. We spent 5 weeks throughout Italy incl. Traveling in Sicily. But this place was one of the most beautiful. Also a dream for our dogs. Everything is fenced and all around is real peace. We were all very comfortable. All major cities are easily accessible. Supermarket and restaurants sufficiently close by. We didn't have children with us, but for the little ones, Sandro has plenty of games, a play kitchen, stuffed animals and much more. I highly recommend this house. Should we visit this area again, Sandro would be my first address... Thanks for the nice time.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We had a quick stop in Pisa so Pauline’s place was perfect. Good walk from train station and to the Tower. Pizzeria just across from the outside door was spectacular. Very friendly and close when you are just beat from a day of travel. Pauline’s apartment was clean and ready for us. AC was great for the little heat wave we had. Slept great. What a brilliant stay we had here. Hidden away into the Tuscan countryside, with views as far as the eye can see. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this stunning property. Very attentive hosts, we were greeted at check in and given a tour of the property. The building is shared with the owners, but the apartment has full privacy, with it's own outdoor seating area. The bedroom is a very good size with air conditioning, and it also has a kitchen and bathroom full of character. The gem for us was the infinity pool - all to ourselves and with views of the Tuscan countryside that you see in magazines and didn't quite believe existed. Well they do here. The property is within 10-15 minutes drive of various beautiful towns and villages. We would recommend the town of Vinci and the vineyard tour of Colle Adimari. Florence is 40 minutes roughly, Pisa even less. What more would you want.

Even prior to booking the apartment, the host were very responsive to our questions. Once we booked it, they were very proactive and welcoming us to the apartment. Flexible check-in and they met us at the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like home. They were very responsive during our trip. Great quiet location. 10 minutes walking to the Domo area. Local area, full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

It is a compact apartment. There is a small elevator that works well, but there’s still a flight of stairs to get up to the unit. Once you get up there, the view is amazing. The apartment lives much larger because of the terrace. We had some extremely hot days but the air conditioning worked great. Try the Dyson filter fan too, it really adds to the comfort. There’s a nice bakery/Café directly across the street with wonderful pastries for the morning and the market about a 10 minute walk away is wonderful for fresh fruits and salads.
