Vacation rentals with a patio in Budva Municipality

Megs and Milos’ place was a true home away from home. Megs was wonderfully communicative from well before our trip, which was very helpful and put our minds at ease. She provided answers to any questions we had and was a wealth of information with suggestions regarding what to do, where to go and good eateries, links included. Milos met us at the parking lot upon our arrival and even helped carry some of our belongings to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and incredibly well appointed (even books and games for our child). It had everything we wanted and needed. We were very comfortable in the space and our 2 year old daughter cried when it was time to leave. We would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone.

Fabulous apartment in an amazing location! we were 6 adults and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Meghan and Milos were such thoughtful and communicative hosts and offered lots of information and suggestions throughout our stay. This penthouse offers uninterrupted sea views from the balconies with lovely sunny orientation. A 10 min walk brings you to the centre of Petrovac, which is a true gem of a resort, 20 mins drive south of the vibrant town of Budva. We were so glad we chose Petrovac as a base over the busier towns of Budva or Kotor, though all are easily accessible as day trips. If you come to Petrovac, stay here!

Clean room. Location close to the beach, restaurants (on the beach), shops, city centre. Only thing that wasn’t good for me is distance to main street, so it was quite loudly accordingly to my standards, but guess this is a “cost” of being close to the city centre.

Ahha est venue nous chercher pour nous conduire a l appartement et ensuite nous a emmené en courses car nous étions a pieds et nous ne connaissions pas du tout la ville, a la moindre de nos questions Ahha répondait de suite c est ce que l on appelle un super hôte. l appartement est bien isolé, spacieux et fidèle aux photos, la vue est superbe ( montagnes et mer ) la literie était impeccable, les serviettes de bain, torchon, et couverture en nombre suffisant, dans la cuisine rien ne manque pour bien cuisiner Pour aller en ville 10mn a pieds, une superbe vue et de nombreux chats faisaient un bout de chemin avec nous pour ceux qui aiment les animaux Pour remonter entre 15 et 20 mn car ça monte mais largement faisable et assez agréable Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Merci a Ahha pour nous avoir permis de passer un super séjour Corine

Все було чудово. Чудова квартира, доволі зручна, чиста і приємна постіль, достатньо рушників, посуду. На наше здивування був пляжний зонт, два стільця та маска для плавання. Чудовий господар який завжди на зв’язку.

Михайло добре зустрів нас. Квартира була нова, чиста. Гарний ремонт. Вид на море і гори з балкону. До пляжу пішки 7 хвилин пішки. Все чудово, рекомендую!

Najbolji apartman koji smo do sad nasli na airbnb-u. Cisto, prelepo, pogled na more sa jedne i sa druge terase. Ne moze bit bolje. Obavezno opet dolazimo.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and close to supermarkets and other essentials. The place felt like home, with all the necessary amenities provided, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. It was clean, cozy, and secure, which made us feel at ease throughout our trip. We especially appreciated how peaceful the area was, yet still so convenient. The only minor downside was the difficulty in finding nearby parking, as spots were often full. Aside from that, everything else was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

Мы были 10 дней. Идеальное месторасположение для поездок по всему побережью. Возможность заезда на машине к дому с 3х разных сторон. Территория приватная. В доме есть все и даже больше. Буду рекомендовать всем своим друзьям. Не сомневайтесь ни секунды, если свободны ваши даты и будете на машине. Жасмина - лучшая принимающая сторона. Никакой навязчивости. Спасибо за отдых)).

Great place to stay and lovely host. Highly recommend. There is construction going on currently next door but it was no bother.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful villa! The infinity pool with its stunning sea views was definitely a highlight, and the lush garden surrounding the house created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs terrace, enjoying drinks and soaking in the views. Inside, the villa was just as impressive—spacious and tastefully decorated with unique vintage lamps. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the games room was a fun bonus for movie nights. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the marble bathrooms were a nice touch of luxury. The location was perfect too—private, yet just a short drive to nearby beaches, charming towns, and great restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just 10-15 minutes. This villa was the perfect place for a family holiday, and we can’t wait to return!

Elenas place was remarkable with great views and great surroundings. The stay was great and Elena was very quick to respond to every query, the pool and gardens were very relaxing. The villa is accessible to everything by car, good selections of restaurants, bars and shops and beaches all within 5 mins drive. Can’t fault it

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s beautiful property. We really enjoyed having the garden space to relax and having the hypermarket just next door made it really convenient. Mia is a really responsive and friendly host and gave us loads of recommendations to ensure we have a pleasant trip!

Het is een prachtig huis op een zeer mooie locatie. Zwembad was eind mei nog erg koud. Veel kouder dan andere locaties. Uitzicht is fenomenaal. Ruimte is goed. Klein minpuntje was de geur in de hoofd badkamer. Bleef een riool lucht hangen. Dit is uiteraard op te lossen.

Wir hatten mit 5 Personen einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind nicht voneinander getrennt, bedeutet wer damit um kann ist hier genau richtig. Für uns hat das keine Rolle gespielt und war somit sehr angenehm. Die Lage der Villa ist schön und ruhig. Ich denke hier wird sich aber auch noch einiges nach vorne entwickeln in Zukunft. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles was man für ein schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Pool und die Aussicht waren die Highlights. Ein Auto ist ein muss in dieser Umgebung. Alles ist super einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In Budva gibt es zahlreiche Aktivitäten und Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Im gesamten sind wir super zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und vor allem auch mit Sandra. Eine sehr hilfreiche und liebe Gastgeberin. Bei Gelegenheit würden wir mit Sicherheit diese Unterkunft erneut buchen! Vielen Dank

Darko’s place was perfect. Basically in the center of everything, while being tucked away for some peace and privacy when there. The place itself was spacious and clean. And the host was very responsive and friendly. Overall highly recommended!

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.

Great host! Sanja was so helpful and very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a stay here. The apartment was well equipped and immaculate. Thank you so much for having us. A car is a must with young children though. It is on a very steep hill.

L'appartement est très bien placé, proche de la gare, de la vieille ville et de la plage. Plusieurs restaurants et supermarchés à proximité. L'appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel, petit plus pour le balcon avec vue sur les montagnes. Milos à été très pro, aidant et rapide pour répondre à mes questions.

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed for the month of May and it was very suitable for me as I needed a place to rest and restore energy after having already toured a bit of Montenegro prior to my stay. I was able to focus on other things since it provided not only beautiful surroundings but a calm place to work and study. Keep in mind that the bus stop and grocery store is a 10-15 min walk away. I took this as an opportunity to appreciate the fresh air and have some additional exercise. It is also worth noting that the washing machine is shared and is at the bottom of the building. Finally, I would suggest this place for those who have a car especially if you want to use it as a base for touring or prefer a safe neighborhood environment outside the tourist areas. If you are not willing to walk without a car it may be difficult. Overall, I recommend. 😌
