Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Budva Municipality

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

Isodora ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr zentral und direkt am Strand. Für die dortigen Standards auch gut. Uns haben paar Müslischüssel etc. gefehlt, aber wir haben auch nicht nachgefragt, sonst hätten wir sie bestimmt von ihr bekommen. Also bei Bedarf sollte man sich jederzeit kontaktieren, sie kümmert sich. Das WLAN funktionierte leider nicht, wir haben uns eine eine Mobilfunkkarte für 20 Euro gekauft. In Isodoras Restaurant war das Essen sehr lecker, sie gibt ihren Mietern 10% Nachlass. Unaufgefordert haben wir am dritten Tag neue Handtücher bekommen, das war sehr nett.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The apartment is perfectly located - a few min walk to old town and the harbor, 10 min walk to Mogren beaches. There is also a market right next door which is super convenient. The apartment was perfect for 4 of us but could fit a couple more easily. Having a parking spot and a washing machine was also great. Andrija was an amazing host - very proactive in sending me information and directions before we arrived, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very hospitable and friendly. Overall a really great experience.

The place was spotless clean, and Dragan vas very helpful, I actually forgot my make up bag on check out and he contacted me shortly to notify me that i should come back for it, for which I am very grateful

Вилла великолепная! Мы планировали 2 дня побыть в доме, но настолько было комфортно , что нам не захотелось уезжать и остались почти на неделю. Отличная кухня со всем необходимым, красивые детали интерьера создавали уют, безупречная чистота в ванных комнатах , новые удобные кровати, шикарный вид! Лука, Ирина спасибо Вам большое!

L'appartement de Branislav est très sympathique, avec un vu sur la mer très agréable. la plage est à quelques minutes à pied et c'est une très belle plage dans un endroit atypique lié à l'histoire du Monténégro. l'appartement est très propre, l'arrivée autonome c'est parfaitement déroulé avec des instructions très claire. Het is een prachtig huis op een zeer mooie locatie. Zwembad was eind mei nog erg koud. Veel kouder dan andere locaties. Uitzicht is fenomenaal. Ruimte is goed. Klein minpuntje was de geur in de hoofd badkamer. Bleef een riool lucht hangen. Dit is uiteraard op te lossen.

Un grand merci à Predrag et Klaus : réponse immédiate à tous nos mails, avant et pendant notre séjour, accueil très sympathique, maitrise de langlais et Nécessaire de survie à l'arrivée (2 bouteilles de vin au frais!). Nous avons passé un vrai moment de détente dans leur jolie maison qui offre une vue formidable sur la ville de Budva et sa baie. La tonnelle ombragée est un pur bonheur et la piscine n'est pas un accessoire (il fait chaud!) A ceux qui trouveraient la maison un peu loin de la ville, nous répondons sans hésiter que c'est surtout une chance d'échapper aux nuisances sonores de cette ville particulièrement festive. De fait 10 mn suffisent pour rejoindre la ville et la route des plages. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter.

Great stay! The location was convenient and within walking distance to many spots. Check-in was quick and easy, and the place was very clean. Having on-site parking was a big plus. Would definitely recommend!

Becici Sunset is truly a wonderful place. Jovan was very helpful to us from the first moment we arrived at the hotel. The hotel has 2 pools and the pools were very clean. The sea view is beautiful. Rooms were generally clean. The location is very close to Budva and there is a market nearby that can be reached on foot.

Every information shown on the post is accurate about the apartment. The location is fine, apartment was completely clean. Aleksandar was really helpful and friendly, always asking whats needed or what he can do for us. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is spacious and offers a beautiful view on Sveti Stefan. The terrace is really enjoyable and the private beach will make your stay easy.

Spacious apartment with a beautiful jacuzzi! We enjoyed being a quick 10-15 minute walk from old town and the beach. The staff at the building are also super helpful and responsive!

Bonjour, Une maison très agréable à vivre et est très propre. Les espaces de vie sont bien aménagés.

Maison très confortable (ainsi que la literie). Hôte agréable, discret et disponible si besoin. La maison est bien placée sur la côte mais la route pour accéder au logement est une montée en lacets de 10 minutes en voiture, assez sportive! Que l'on oublie une fois arrivée et qu'on est face à la vue magnifique sur la mer.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa Luka ! Djuro et sa famille sont très prévenants et accueillants. La maison est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la baie de Budva. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Virkelig skønt sted i meget rolige omgivelser, dejlig pool område, smuk udsigt over bjerge og havet. Milijana var en meget imødekommende host som mødte os ved huset med alle mulige forfriskninger, og var meget hjælpsom. Eneste negative var at det var lidt svært at kommunikere med familien på Airbnb vil bestemt anbefale stedet.

We stayed in that beautiful house for 2 days to celebrate kid's 8 birthday. We were amazed of the house and surroundings. Big territory, great BBQ zone and the swimming pool. There are everything you could needed for your stay. Thank Jovana and especially her Father Dragan for their kind and warm. Much appreciated and highly recommend this place. 10 Stars! Big Thanks to Vojo for this magical stay! The BEAUTY of his land and home is hard put into words. Our young daughter lived like a fairy princess in a secret garden full of beautiful spring flowers. Not to mention the sweetest mountain dog in the whole world! They were fast friends and he was always looking out for her! It was very peaceful and we spent every night enjoying the spectacular sunset over the mountains. The house was cozy and well equipped. Our host Vojo even brought us some delicious local delicacies that we thoroughly enjoyed! We felt right at home throughout our stay! When you feel like going into town, Cetinje is a short drive away with wonderful restaurants, museums and has great pedestrian only boulevards with lots of family friendly activities. Lipa cave was also close by and a highlight. We can't wait to return for another fun vacation!
