Beachfront vacation rentals in Budva Municipality

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

Just terrific!! Great hosts, friendly, professional and even picked us up from the bus depot and personally dropped us to our accomodation. So friendly and kind and made us feel right at home. The apartment had everything we needed and was in the perfect spot to wander the old town and find the best spots to eat and relax. Stevo and Alex were awesome, Thankyou so much!

Stay in Dragan's place feels like having a vacation in your granddad's country house. Apartment is cozy and clean, with basic amenities and magnificent view from the terrace! Please note that there's no A/C, so it feels a bit hot inside of the apartment (mid August) — we had to sleep with all doors and windows opened at night, allowing some fresh air to come inside. Parking in this area is a bit tricky, so it's better to take small car to visit this place.

We loved our stay at this place, Jelena was so so kind and had a great personality (also has a super cute dog ❤️). The apartment was exactly as described and shown in pictures, comes with a secluded patio where you can chill as well. Overall, loved everything about it and would recommend to anyone who comes to Budva to stay here!

We had a great stay at Karolina’s place. Apartment is located in a perfect area, just few minutes away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The place is very spacious, sunny, clean, cozy, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you might need. Special thanks for the parking place provided as it’s usually quite challenging to find it in touristic places like this. Karolina is a very nice host, friendly, helpful, responsive and gives you detailed instructions for check in/out. She also provided a list of recommended places around the area. If you are looking for a place to stay during your future trip to Montenegro I would definitely recommend Karolina’s place😊

It is a superb location to stay at in Budva. The apartment is nice and clean and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is great and you can chill out on it. The Dukley estate is a high-class property that includes a secluded area packed with a luxury hotel, private apartments, restaurants, spa salons and a beach. There is a free golf cart transportation inside the gated community of Dukley and our favorite part - a free boat departing from Dukley to the old town of Budva every hour. There is a pedestrian tunnel that starts under the Dukley leading to the beaches in Budva or on the other side of Dukley there is a Becici beach in a 10 minute walking distance. Parking inside is paid and expensive (there is an hourly option (2 euro/hour) and day parking at Dukley Hotel (30 euro). We parked inside for one night only and then managed to park in a free spot on the road below the Dukley place (Becici side). In the evening there are some spots available if you are lucky.

Odlična lokacija i prekrasan pogled na more i zalazak sunca. Apartman je uredan i čist. Domaćin je cool i uvijek dostupan.

Thanks for everything! The place is very good. The apartments are excellent. Everything is new and clean. The sea ie nearby and that is the main advantage. Bus service to Budva is good. The old town of Budva is impressive. Thanks for transfer to Tivat! We are very grateful for everything!

The Apartment was modern and luxurious it had everything probably my best stay on an AirBnb 6 minutes away from Splendid if you have events the building was amazing the host communication 10/10 highly suggest it.

We stayed as a family of four at Larissa's place. Greatly enjoyed the privacy of a home like setting, the pool and the walkable distance to all the beaches in Budva and Becici. Larisa is a responsive host and always ready to help with recommendations, like setting up an airport transfer or stocking up on groceries before Sunday's break. The place is located near a monastery (which only can be a trouble if you mind hearing the bells ring at 6-8am), in a peaceful locals-oriented neighborhood, within Budva standards. The building is well maintained and the apartment is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, especially if staying with younger children. We also enjoyed close proximity to nice cafe's and grocery stores. If I was going back to Budva, I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Nähe zum Strand genossen.

Все було чудово. Чудова квартира, доволі зручна, чиста і приємна постіль, достатньо рушників, посуду. На наше здивування був пляжний зонт, два стільця та маска для плавання. Чудовий господар який завжди на зв’язку.

Harika bir evdi. Kendi evimiz gibiydi. Temizlik konusunda aşırı hassastık. Saatlerce detaylı inceleseniz bile bir pislik göremezsiniz. Çok şirin çok rahat edebileceğiniz. Her odada klima olan bir evdi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Ev sahibimiz çok nazik çok yardımcı biriydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tutabilirsiniz. Manzarası da ayrıca güzeldi. Bu deneyimi unutmayacağım

Our holiday was made even more special by staying in this well-kept accommodation. The host is very responsive and helpful and always answered our questions on time. We arrived to the accommodation earlier than the stated check in time and Jelena was waiting for us with keys, she was very professional and helpful and we really appreciate this. The property had everything we needed and was very organised, with plenty of clean towels, shampoos…etc and the location is great as it’s not too far from shops, pharmacy and restaurants but still quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend booking with Jelena and INproperties and would definitely stay again if Im back to Budva!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Auf unsere Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Es gab regelmäßig frische Handtücher und die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder:)

The place is amazing, the view is stunning, and everything is as described. Jelena was outstanding. We had a special request, and she granted it for us. She provided correct and detailed instructions, making check-in very smooth. We had an incident where locals slashed our tires and scratched our car due to a hate crime (I know, shocking, considering the civilized impression this village conveys). Jelena was very helpful and sent someone to assist us in fixing the car. She even offered us an extra day completely free. She did everything she could to ensure we enjoyed our stay despite the unforeseen difficulties.

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Familie von Andrea hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Zum Abschluss unseres Aufenthaltes gab es noch für jeden ein Stück selbstgebackenen Kuchen.

An absolute gem with perfect location next to everything you need in Budva. Private, spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We came here in the off season so there was some construction going on around us. The walk uphill was challenging but easy to get to on a car and there was a parking space right next to the building. The flat was clean and we were given spare towels which was very nice. We ate out a lot because the kitchen wasnt very cookable (which we are thankful for because we got to taste some really good food). The view from the balcony is AMAZING, the sky and the sunsets took our breath away. Overall I would recommend Misa’s place if you are traveling by car☺️

Öncelikle misafirperverliklerinden ötürü Slobodan ve Monja ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Gercekten kendi evimiz gibi hissettik. Bununla beraber konum Budva' nın tam merkezinde, ve tarihi yapının içerisindeydi. Sabahları çok erken uyanan biri olarak liman yerine yakınlığı ve kahve keyfi yapabileceğimiz çok fazla mekân olanağı vardı. Her sabah müthiş yürüyüş yapabildik hiç sıkılmadan. Bizi en yakın otopark yerine yönlendirmeleri çok nazikti ve hiç zorluk yaşamadık park konusunda. Her soru veya mesajımıza samimiyetle ve ivedilikle cevap verdiler. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelirsek mutlaka tercih edeceğiz.

Die Unterkunft von Emmanuel war super schön und sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist wahnsinnig schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

In der Unterkunft von Dubravka fühlte ich mich pudelwohl. Dubravka ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn Fragen aufkommen sollten. Der Balkon mit Meerblick lädt zum verweilen ein, welches nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist vom offenen Wohn- Essbereich und der offenen Küche durch eine Wand getrennt und wird durch das zu öffnende Oberlicht zum WZ belichtet und belüftet. Ich hatte zudem gerne die Tür auf. Und da die Sonne nicht rein knallte, war das ein sehr wohliger und kuscheliger Rückzugsort, von wo du auch das Meerrauschen hörst, was abends super beruhigend ist (wenn man die Terrassentür ein wenig öffnet) Das Bett ist ein Doppelbett mit durchgehender Matratze, was ich immer sehr schätze. Und wem eine sehr große Bettdecke immer noch nicht reicht: keine Sorge, es gibt genug Bettdecken und Bezüge. Die Couch- auch mit Meerblick, ist ausziehbar und sehr bequem. Das Appt. bietet alles,was man für den Alltag benötigt. Liebe Dubravka, DANKE♥️. Eva

Najbolji apartman koji smo do sad nasli na airbnb-u. Cisto, prelepo, pogled na more sa jedne i sa druge terase. Ne moze bit bolje. Obavezno opet dolazimo.
