Vacation rentals with a patio in Budoni

Wir waren für 12 Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer haben wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen. Auch der Garten war für die Jungs super zum spielen.

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Loved staying here. Short drive from the coast and right in the middle of a beautiful little town. Was a little nervous driving down the narrow streets to begin with but was alright in the end!

Luca’nın ev sahipliği mükemmeldi. Sorduğumuz sorulara her zaman hızlıca cevap verdi ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılamaya çalıştı. Evdeki ütü bozulmuştu ve hızlıca yeni bir ütü gönderdi. Bu evde 4 kişi kaldık. Eğer amacınız mükemmel bir konumda kalıp evde fazla vakit geçirmeden bu bölgeyi keşfetmek ise kesinlikle memnun kalırsınız. Bizim için eksik olan şey topluca dinlenebileceğimiz bir alan olmamasıydı (bahçede masa sandalyeler var, ancak uzanacak bir alan yok). Evin konumu harika. Küçük bir şehir merkezi var ve çeşitli restoranlar/marketler var. Araba ile 15 dakika uzaklıktaki La Cinta Beach’e ulaşım çok rahat (bizce bu bölgenin en iyi plajı). Üst kattaki odalardan birinin tavanı alçak ve biraz basık. Üst kattaki banyo 2. odanın içinde yer alıyor. Evde plaj sandalyeleri ve şemsiyeler de bulunuyor, ki bu bizce çok önemliydi! Kısacası, fazla lüks aramadan iyi bir konumda/nezih bir semtte makul bir fiyata konaklamak isterseniz burası doğru adres!

Sehr großzügige und schön geschnittene Wohnung. Die Unterkunft ist hell, modern und man genießt eine wundervolle Aussicht. Angela war nicht nur sehr freundlich, sie hat uns auch sehr schnell geantwortet und sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Wir haben die Ruhe und die gepflegte Anlage mit sehr schönem Pool genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgerüstet. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige wunderschöne Strände!

Lovely AirBnB! We stayed one week and enjoyed every minute. :-) It was clean and well-equipped. We loved the balcony - good view and nice to relax there. The neighbourhood was amazing, kind and open-hearted, even if we don’t speak italian. It was really calm and everyone was friendly! You can reach San Teodoro by walking within 3-5 minutes. There are a lot of good restaurants, gelaterias (best one: Cono) and some small Shops. It is a really safe place in a lovely small village. The Communication with Matteo was uncomplicated and he replied quick. He also offered two umbrellas for the beach. The only thing we could criticise is the size of the bathroom, which could be a little bit bigger, but ok for some days. We definitely recommend this place and would book it again! :-)

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Marcos Unterkunft. Der Garten ist paradiesisch und die Unterkunft sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Wir waren dort Anfang Mai die einzigen. Sara, die uns Vorort empfing ist sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Marco ist ebenfalls gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Tutto perfetto!

Schönes alleinstehendes Ferienhaus mitten in einem großen Garten. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber Orosei und die Strände sind mit dem Auto in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus verfügt über schöne Außenduschen zum Erfrischen und einen herrlichen Sitzbereich mit Outdoorküche. Hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit und Unterstützung der Gastgeber. Wir sind mit einem Reifenschaden am Auto angekommen und Massimo hat sich gleich um eine Werkstatt und alles weitere gekümmert. Hierfür ein großes Lob an unsere Gastgeber. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und haben uns bei jeder Sache geholfen. Als einmal die Gasflasche für den Herd alle war, haben wir Maria informiert und 10 Minuten stand Massimo schon mit einer neuen Gasflasche vor der Tür. Super. Einziger Nachteil: Die Gastgeber können nichts dafür, aber jedes Nachbargrundstück hat gefühlt mindestens einen Hund. Diese Hunde bellen leider mitunter die ganze Nacht hindurch, so dass man nur mit geschlossenen Fenster schlafen kann.

Beautiful location, modern home, close to the airport, prompt and helpful communication (allowed us to check out a bit later so I could take a work call). Couldn’t recommend more

Francesca was very friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. The stunning view from the large balcony spaces and easy access to the beach make this a fantastic location. Accommodation is also close to great restaurants and works well as a base from which to explore Sardinia.

Too short a stay in this beautiful property!We were lucky to have gorgeous weather, which made our time here even more enjoyable. The building has been beautifully renovated to a high standard, offering much more space than the two of us needed. Everything was finished to a high specification. Communication before arrival was excellent — the hosts sent helpful information in advance that really helped us plan our trip. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay except to request a taxi number, response was very prompt. A big plus for us was the convenience of the location — our plane landed at 7:05 pm, and we were able to meet the host briefly and still be seated for dinner at a local restaurant by 8:30 pm! Highly recommend!

Großzügige Finca inmitten der Natur, in einer Sackgasse gelegen (nicht von Google Maps täuschen lassen) mit nur wenigen Einwohnern. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der Service top. Wer eher harte Matratzen mag wird wie ein Baby schlafen. Vor allen Fenstern und Türen gibt es hochwertige Insektenschutzgitter. Daumen hoch. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Sam ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war wirklich alles da, was man brauchte! Tolle Ausstattung, schöne Terrasse, super Pool! Supermarkt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man nicht aufs Auto angewiesen ist. Die Gastgeberin ist jederzeit erreichbar und super freundlich!

Amazing! We picked this location mainly because of the outdoor space with the available view. We loved this place so to the amazing tranquility, available amenities and homelike feel we had while here. It is definitely a place where a car is needed, a private parking spot was provided, but the neighborhood is walkable as long as hills are not an issue. Martina was very friendly and very much available for every update. The house is well appointed, and the internet works great!! You will not be disappointed in Porto San Paolo (unless you’re looking for booming city life), as much as I’d like to keep it our little secret, you must check it out!!

En Palau un lugar excelente para estar con comodidad, detalles, estacionamiento, todo para la playa, todo para preparar tu comida o ensaladas. Baño con todo los detalles de shampu, cremas, etc. Una excelente opción para vivir de las mejores playas, mar, cielo y sol del mundo. Gracias Franco y Tomasina

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

Maddalena’s place was absolutely perfect!! The house is beautiful, perfectly cleaned, modern, and the host was so kind. Present at check in, dropped off pastries, answered messages within minutes of we had any questions. The location is perfect too - walkable to amazing restaurants (we really like Retro), grocery, a bar.

This was mine and my boyfriend’s first holiday together, and this Airbnb couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment is absolutely adorable, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay - It felt like a home away from home! Monne, the host, is so kind and generous — she welcomed us with Sardinian biscuits, fresh fruit from her garden, and sweet handwritten notes in English. She was incredibly helpful throughout, answering all our questions and sharing some amazing local recommendations that made our trip even more special. The location is perfect — just a 1-minute walk to the port and a beautiful beach, and the supermarket is another minute away. Cala Gonone itself is such a charming town, perfect for strolling and exploring. We fell in love with it and are already dreaming of coming back. Could not recommend this place more — thank you Monne for making our first holiday together so memorable! ❤️

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!

Alessio war beim Check-In und Check-Out sehr flexibel. Er hat uns alles im Haus erklärt und zusätzliche Infos per Mail geschickt. Er war super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Küche im Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar Gewürze, Öl, Wasser, Wein, Kekse, Kaffee … ein schönes Willkommenspaket. Die Räume sind groß und auf der Terrasse konnten wir jeden Morgen frühstücken. Wir bekamen Handtücher und Strandhandtücher für jeden Gast. Der Strand ist in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen und sehr schön. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Budoni, es dauert nur ca 10 Minuten. Man benötigt dringend ein Auto. Das Haus ist sehr gut an die Schnellstraße angebunden und liegt sehr praktisch um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge unternommen. Leider gab es viele Mücken. Es gibt keine Mückengitter aber jedes Bett hat ein Moskitonetz, dass einen nachts schützt. In den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen, aber Lüften war ohne Gitter an den Fenstern nicht möglich. Wir hatten wunderbare 4 Tage!!
