The bus to Mainz City / Uni is about 150 metres away. The train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and it is not far to the highway towards Frankfurt / Wiesbaden / Mainz. Budenheim is also located directly at the gateway to the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley with its unique cultural landscape.

The first parts of the estate were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 70 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007.
