A mountain villa built more than 100 years ago , built on an imposing rock with a unique enveloping and breathtaking view over the sea to the city , Cascais and the mountain where it is located . The house has been recently renovated and enlarged with a modern and design building enjoying the view and surroundings . You can see from the top of the Serra de Sintra, to the Guincho to Cabo Espichel. Two steps from the footpaths of the Serra de Sintra and its monuments, and next to good restaurants , from cafes with good surroundings , the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for its tranquility. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, fully private and access to a large garden with an infinity pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the region. I love cycling and I know Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountain and advise the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, a picturesque village near Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with walking paths in the Serra de Sintra and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with its unique beauty, are a paradise for Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. I advise you to use your own car.

Amazing house! One of the best we have stayed in. We stayed in off season so it was a lot cheaper.

This is the absolute best setting/location. It is part of a larger private property within a VERY short walk to Castelo dos mouros from which you can easily walk to palacio Nacional. Also a quick walk down the hill to amazing food and shops. My only complaint was the hot water was not enough to fill both tubs the morning of our departure, but I enjoyed a cold plunge with a view! Thanks for the hospitality Franco!

Such a beautiful place! The house is beautifully decorated, with an amazing atmosphere surrounded by nature. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming, it was a true pleasure to stay here. We were a big group and the moment we arrived, we were all completely charmed by the house. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back!

lovely farm close to the city! Maria was very helpful. my friend and I stayed before our travels to the airport. the rooms were perfect, beds and bedding were really comfortable. everything we needed for our stay. would recommend and stay again

First time we spent a night on a sailboat. Super cozy and with an inexplicable charm. To recover energy, it is the best you can experience. A big thank you to the host for making their space available so that others can fall in love with sailboats.

The house is very cozy and the host very helpful: he promptly answered what we need. The only adjustment to be made is with respect to the location he sent me: GPS recognizes it as the location of arrival about 500m earlier. As we arrived at night, it was very difficult to find the house, but I called André who helped me quickly.

Ana was the best host, was so responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The space itself was also perfect for our stay. Everything worked exactly as it should, the bed was firm and comfortable, we had no problems working remotely using the wifi there, the water pressure and temp in the shower were great, the ac kept us at a very comfortable temperature. The location was also so convenient, we had no idea how close within walking distance we would be to everything we wanted to do. We will be staying here again the next opportunity we get. Really wish we had booked a longer stay
