Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Located just outside of Southport, NC. We are minutes from the beaches and waterfront. Large driveway; ask us about boat and RV parking. Just a short drive to many local attractions, including Myrtle Beach, SC, and Wilmington, NC. Our Guest Suite is completely private from the rest of the house. The home is also on a public golf course. Beautiful views any time of day of the 7th fairway. The suite has a loft that can sleep 2 adults. New this season, a private bedroom with a queen bed.

Cozy studio has been renovated with thoughtful upgrades. Kitchen is fully stocked including coffee maker, spices, condiments, and premium cookware. No stairs, ground-level are ideal for children, older guests, and pets (pet fee collected separately). Lots of amenities and beach items are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.
