Lovely small apartment of about 50 m2. It is located at one end of the farmhouse which is an older 4 long timbered farm. 1 bedroom with large double bed. Small living room with sofa bed for 2 people. Small kitchen with dining area for 4 if you move the table a little out from the wall: -) The garden consists of a terrace with a gas grill. Large lawn. In the summer there are garden tables both in the garden and in the enclosed courtyard. Kitchen contains regular oven with gas burner, coffee maker, electric kettle. Private bathroom .

Our annex consists of a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed, dining area and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster and combination oven. (No hot plate) There is free coffee/tea. There is a patio door out to private tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. It is possible to have a car/bicycles parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several different eateries nearby. The annex is located up to a green space.

We have a unique location all to ourselves and only 2 km to Ballen and Tranebjerg. The old sprout room for the potatoes has in 2022 gently turned into a lovely holiday apartment of 55m2 with a cozy family room , a couple of good rooms, spacious bathroom and a small tea kitchen for light cooking in the combi oven or on the two induction seats, in addition it contains a small fridge without freezer The apartment has its own entrance, as well as a large outdoor area where you can both enjoy the sunrise and the evening sun☀️🌸👌

Super cozy and atmospheric apartment, in the best location in Ballen, just across from cozy Ballen Badehotel. The apartment's major attraction are the two large roof terraces. One with morning sun and one with evening sun. Especially the terrace facing the street and the seaside hotel exudes a southern vibe. The terrace with afternoon and evening sun in the back is more private and part for sunbathing. Cozy bright Bedroom with a double bed. Lovely bright living room with two sofa beds.

On the farm lives Hanne & Jørgen and Claus & Winnie (and Fie and Buddy!). Newly renovated apartment of approx. 60 m2 with private bathroom King size bed in separate bedroom. Possibility of bedding. Lovely annex close to Ballen and 15 meters from the beach

Very nice little annex with good space for two people. Perfectly located a stone's throw away from Ballen harbor, where there are good local restaurants and a small grocery store. The bathroom is surprisingly large and spacious with views of the sea. The small refrigerator, service and cutting board make it possible to prepare simple meals. We would clearly recommend booking Tom's annex and having a wonderful experience on Samsø and Ballen.

A comfortable couch is positioned near a window, offering natural light. It features soft cushions and a decorative pillow, enhancing the seating area. The wooden floor adds warmth, complemented by the greenery visible through the window.

Gry’s house is a fantastic place if you look for a peaceful and cosy stay at Samsø. Everything was perfect and just as described, and communication with Gry was very good and friendly. Kitchen was well equipped and sleeping rooms spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom is rather small but comfortable too and the whole house was very clean! Very nice living room with TV and dining room with a space for kids to play, which was very much appreciated 🙂 I will definitely consider staying there again if I come back to Samsø.

Very beautiful and quiet area in the middle of a natural idyll. In Søren's house you can relax excellently with a good book in front of the fireplace or just let the view wander into the distance, in the sauna or long beach walks... I enjoyed the time very much and felt very comfortable!

Nice place in a really cozy style. Very homely and manageable and it is really nice on the island. We had a nice stay with 4 people. Very well prepared with towels and linens and a home that has everything to make it work. If you are very concerned about cleanliness, it may not be optimal. A little cobweb in most corners, but otherwise everything was fine. But if you have a regular relaxed approach to the cottage atmosphere or do not notice all the details, then this is an absolutely lovely place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Samsø ved Ballen. Beautiful location, home super good for us, 3 couples and fantastic beach. We bathed every morning 🥶 June 11-13, but a wonderful experience. Close to both north and south island. Highly recommended from here. Ebba Frank – Fredericia
