We had a pleasant stay in Portalban; close to beaches, 3 lakes, hiking; and ideal starting point for visiting many remarkable Swiss sites (Gruyères, Le Creux du Van, Avenches, Morat, Bern, Solothurn, La Chaux-de-Fond...) The cottage is quiet, close to nature; (we often had a visit from a fox); on the edge of the marsh. Philipp was a kind and attentive host to us. We recommend this property. Sylvain and Elisabeth

We were allowed to spend a week in Patricia's cozy chalet. The lake is easily accessible on foot. The house and garden are very well maintained. Perfect for us, even with the kids.

I had an amazing time in this place! The house is beautifully renovated, offering the perfect mix of comfort and tranquility. The hosts were so welcoming and really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, without being intrusive. The bed was super comfy, and I slept like a baby. It's the perfect place to relax and recharge. If you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway with great hosts, this is the place to go. I will come back without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

Wonderful starting point for cycling tours, hikes and water sports. The bungalow leaves enough space for personal clothing and holiday utensils, functionally furnished, with all the amenities to make holidays pleasant.

We enjoyed the week of vacation very much! Got to know a lot of new birds, met the beaver at night, watched the ducks building nests for hours. The house has a well thought-out floor plan with practical room division. Three bathrooms. Each window has a beautiful view. The large kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room are very comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay in the beautiful house.

We had a super nice stay in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the vineyard and the lake. We were greeted in a very friendly manner, including homemade braid, vegetables from the garden and regional wine. We didn't miss anything. Highly recommended !

We just had a very pleasant week and enjoyed finding the comfort of Joseph and Geoffrey's house at the end of each of our discovery days (lakes, mountains, ...). The weather allowed us to fully enjoy the outdoor terrace and its furniture. Our hosts were particularly considerate and always responsive to the slightest of our questions. A very good experience therefore.

Very spacious and pleasant accommodation. Exceptional and very well-equipped kitchen. Departure of many hikes from the accommodation. Access to the train station and city center in a 5-minute walk. Ideally located to enjoy nature, hiking and the world of watchmakers.

We were warmly welcomed on the day of arrival, provided with all the important information, recommendations for hikes and activities were included. We could use the beautiful garden at any time and our dog also enjoyed it very much because he was allowed to run free here. Every encounter with Sophie and Olivier was warm and appreciative. We felt completely comfortable.

This is the most wonderful Airbnb in a stunning location. The house is so spacious, well appointed and beautiful. The location is excellent - lovely village with an excellent fromagerie, access to lovely walks, and 15 minutes from the Lausanne metro. Kiran and Yeti are the most wonderful, generous hosts. Wow! What a beautiful place to stay - we’re already missing the views! There is lots to see and visit in the surrounding areas and it’s 10 minutes from the motorway if you’re looking to travel further afield. Susanne was a brilliant host, very attentive, extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would love to come back!

We enjoyed the stay even though the weather was not so consistent. You also felt comfortable with storm and rain, not least because of the cheminee. Very helpful hosts, that was especially evident in the first help with a small fire injury.

I have only good things to say about this house in which I spent 3 weeks, as well as its hosts. Everything was easy from start to finish, the hosts were very friendly, responsive and accommodating, the house is huge and very well located in a very quiet residential area but just a 15-minute walk from the center. The property is spacious, bright, with a very nice veranda for sunny days and a nice garden, in addition to other amenities such as the whirlpool bath and sauna. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy and we had unlimited access to everything for a really very honest price. I recommend this rental 100% and would happily go back :)

Everything was perfect!

You immediately feel comfortable in this small chalet. Location is quiet and the view very nice. We arrived as a family with three children. For us, the room layout was perfect and the space in the living area was pleasant. The large seating area invites you to linger comfortably and the children enjoyed playing around on the lawn. The decor was simple and stylish. Despite the limited space, the kitchen is functional and there is a dishwasher. We liked it very much and would be happy to book it again.
