The Mar y Sol Condo is a family friendly condominium consisting of only 8 units, very private and half a block from a beach public access point. The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. It has been newly furnished to have a modern feel, includes internet and cable, must see to appreciate! Our condo has high ceilings and plenty of room. It is an upper unit condo so please keep in mind that there are two sets of stairs. It is walking distance to several of SPI's best restaurants, Marlin Grocery Store and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll enjoy a great view of the fireworks. Our condo comes with a DESIGNATED BOAT SLIP, lighted fishing pier, swimming pool & designated parking space. Back deck has a BBQ and sunset view. Good for couples, solo adventurers and families.
