We have a fire pit, kayaks, and a dock! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with 2 queen beds and a comfy futon. The location is PERFECT! You are right off the freeway and within walking distance to many conveniences! Detroit is about 20 minutes away and Monroe is about 15 minutes away. You’re about a 1/2 hr. from Toledo & less than 5 miles from Beaumont Hospital! CLOSE TO METRO PARK, STATE LAND, HUNTING/FISHING!!

The Sanctuary is a large duplex unit in downtown Monroe. It includes living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. It also includes wifi, television, central air, clock/radio, full bookshelf, games, covered front patio with table (great place to people watch with your morning coffee!) and parking space behind the unit. One block from St. Mary's Park, three blocks from downtown, walking distance to IHM property. We live onsite in the adjoining unit, so you just have to knock if you need anything!

Our wonderful two story house is located in safe , quiet and friendly neighborhood in LaSalle, it’s close to main roads (highway 401, EC Row, the USA border), The LaSalle Center. There’s a separate door to the room , and the room is very large and comfortable with the queen size bed.

There’s a nice tv in the living room, she provided towels, shampoo, soap, etc. The bedroom has a couch and even a full sized desk. The kitchen is fully equipped as well. Overall a great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood in LaSalle. It’s close to the highway and you can pretty much get anyway in a few minutes by car. Will definitely come back again!”
