Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Brown County

The house was very roomy! Enough room for 6 adults and 3 kids to stay. We had family over for meals and to visit so had 2-4 more adults during meals. And we all had plenty of room. We didn’t use the main couch outside but looked comfortable. The grill was nice. There was lighter fluid so we didn’t have to buy any. And what charcoal we didn’t use we left for the next guest. The additional room was nice and my son slept comfortably out there. The beds were extremely comfortable. That’s a huge plus for me. They also had sound machines in two of the three rooms which is very nice. We love to cook so having nice cookware and knives was great! Loved the coffee bar area. The bar cart was a nice addition too. We didn’t have to take up precious counter space to have our bottles. Christine and Will were very detailed with their check in instructions so we had problems and didn’t have to ask any questions. I would definitely recommend for families!

Such a nice place to stay. My friend’s horse was happy. Roomy, clean,huge TV, good wifi. Nice hosts. Good to relax.

This home is well laid out, comfortable and very well kept. It’s peaceful and private with a spectacular view from the main rooms and master bedroom. The host was responsive and quick to address an issue we had with the washing machine and network. We hope to make this home an annual stay when we come for our family reunion.

Our family enjoyed our stay at lake home. The home was clean, kitchen had what we needed to cook at home. The home had beautiful outdoor living areas. The beds were comfortable, would stay again.

Awesome place to stay for the week while on my business trip.. the cleanest and most updated place I’ve stayed in.. Host was great, location was great, neighbors around the house were great. Absolutely loved this home! Super cozy and peaceful. It was very beautiful in the inside and out. Kalin has done a wonderful job at making sure you feel like you’re right at home. We absolutely did not want to leave here because how peaceful it was. I would 100% book this home again, even if it was just to stay because the master bathroom lol… but over all this was an amazing home to stay in!!

Wow! We were highly impressed with this property. The view is spectacular, the deck is spectacular. The beds were awesome. There were just some wonderful touches and treats left for us. This is one I will be back to for sure in June of next year. (if I can beat all my cousins to it because everyone wants ) They definitely think about their guests!!!

Great place for kids or a couple air conditioners great kitchen for a cooker

Shannon is a wonderful host! Kevin(property manager) is super responsive as well! Thank y’all for having me! As for the apartment, I travel for work and work with primarily men. If I had scooped this place up with one of my coworkers, I would have been a bit uncomfortable due to the only bathroom being located in the bedroom. The layout when you walk into the front door is the living room with a couch. There is room for an air mattress in the living room if you moved the couch a bit. Luckily, I didn’t need the air mattress. Then you walk into the bedroom where a full size bed is located. The plug in located near the bed is a bit of a pain(cord/plug falling out)if you’re needing to charge things such as a computer, phone, or tablet. The bathroom is located in this area as well. Then you walk into the kitchen where a washer and dryer are now located beside the fridge and stove. They are just not listed! That was a great surprise since I am here working. Thanks again!

Very peaceful place. Utensils provided were a little sticky. Lots of board/card games available. Those were great for midday and late evening. The front porch was nice for early morning coffee. Overall great stay. would recommend

Good, quiet little place to stay.

Sharron and Chase were amazing hosts! We were visiting for my daughter's college graduation at HPU and had family joining us for this special occasion. My sister inlaw was in charge of booking our stay and unfortunately things didn't go as planned and she was unable to find a decent hotel last min so I tried my luck and found Sharrons place. In which was perfect from check in to check out! Sharron and Chase went beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and even made sure we made it in safe knowing we were traveling late night. The home was so cute and comfy. Had everything we needed to be comfortable during our weekend stay. Not to mention we were literally 1 min away from my daughter and the college was literally across the way which made everything so convenient! We will definitely be back in the near future. 10/10 recommend!

Quaint getaway. Tucked away just next to boat ramps. Super chill. Hosts were beyond hospitable. Will visit again

Beautiful place with amazing view. Can’t beat it in Texas. Very secluded. It was perfect for the weekend getaway for my wife’s 30th with family. Todd is extremely nice and helpful. Their place is great. We especially loved the pool area.

Very quick overnight trip. Wish we would have gotten to enjoy the great outdoor setup, but we just didn’t have the time. It was a great stay for the small amount of time we were there, and was less expensive than all the nicer hotels around during the baseball tournament.

Beautiful place to stay! Even better than the pictures. We loved our stay in the train car. Loved the outdoor deck area and the train decor. The bed was comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Brownwood.
