Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available, which makes it also suitable for working from here. Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Our family owned big nice house is empty often so we would like to give vacationing, working or passing through the opportunity to live our nice house. Wonderful garden, private and of course free parking, period and fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and dining area, three bedrooms. Four sleeping places but up to six can stay at the same time in the house if one person sleeps on the sofa and two people sleep together in a 120 cm bed. The bathroom has a bath and newly installed toilet seat.

Canoe is available to borrow. The accommodation consists of a small bedroom with a double bed 140 cm, sofa bed 140 cm in the large cabin where the kitchen (fully equipped) also fits. Parking for one car. Bus and bike path to the city and Sundbyholm (3 km). Bed linens are available to rent for SEK 75/person and stay.

The house is located on a dead end street in a very quiet area with walking distance to the Park Zoo, Tuna Park, Eskilstuna city center/station, where you can easily get on to Stockholm (1h) and Västerås (40min).
