Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Brooklyn

Our stay in Brooklyn was amazing! Travis was an awesome host: friendly, responsive, and super helpful. The Airbnb was in a great location...blocks away from great restaurants, Prospect Park, small groceries. The place was roomy and super clean for our 1 and 3 year old and in a very walkable neighborhood that was safe. We were so happy that it was on the 1st floor! All in all, we would recommend this place to any one and really appreciated Travis' hospitality. It definitely made our Brooklyn trip with 2 toddlers a great vacation!

I would definitely recommend staying here. I was celebrating my birthday & Morlisa surprised me with a bottle of Rose☺️(I’m 24). If you want somewhere to stay that’s comfortable & less chaotic than staying in a hotel within Manhattan, this is the place. Close to the JFK airport too.

This is a comfortable, well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment. It’s not far from the Grand Army Plaza subway stop, which makes it quite easy to get into Manhattan as well as around Brooklyn. Lovely street and neighborhood. The frontroom has one double-bed so it might not be the right layout for a group or family, say, but it worked for me. And there is a private bedroom with a double-bed as well. The small bathroom also might not work for a group of 3 or 4, but was fine for me. I appreciated the responsiveness of Asha’s manager. Everything was done with care.

What a GREAT find! The apartment is walking distance from the subway (Wilson Av) - as in you can't get through a whole song before you are there! - in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Brooklyn. After reading some of the other reviews - I would like to comment on a few things too. I have lived in Brooklyn so perhaps my standards are different - but those that are tourists - this is for you. This apartment is spacious. This isn't a word used often in NYC. HUGE open space made it feel like a real apartment, big separate bedroom, large shower, a bigger kitchen than I had in my own apartment... HUGE. I didn't even use most of the space and I was there over a long weekend. I found the apartment to be SILENT (couldn't really hear the family upstairs that much, and zero from the outside, the lock of closets made up for the luggage storage, dresser, side tables, and space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Excellent home in a fabulous neighborhood! Sara was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our stay. There wasn't any air-conditioning to ease the heat of the really hot days, but the location and cleanliness of the unit was worth the steamy moments. Also - it is very easy to find parking on this street! What an unexpected surprise!

Carla's place was beautiful, bright, spotless and felt very peaceful. It was a wonderful place to come back to at the end of busy days and evenings. I had the pleasure of meeting Carla a couple of times outside as we were coming and going. She is very warm and friendly. I didn't need anything during my stay but I appreciated how she made me feel that she would be easy to reach out to if I needed her. Carla's communicated quickly from start to finish. I will look forward to returning to Carla's place on my next visit to Brooklyn!

RJ’s apartment was just as described. We had no issues getting in and there was a small deli right next door which made getting any food quick and easy! The area felt safe with the police station across the street. Thanks RJ for a great stay!

The place was bigger than expected! Quiet building and street but close to several bustling neighborhoods. Enjoyed the experience of having a NYC loft for a week. Good for remote working too. Thanks!

Yoel is AWESOME. And so is his place…if what you are looking for is a clean, cool, private basement room in/near Brooklyn’s Bushwick district. Ensuring that I arrived while it was still daylight so that I could get my bearings is the only thing I would’ve done differently. LOVE how close it is to the MTA! While staying I only had one request - I was low on coffee - and Yoel went out of his way. He did not only address the need. He gave me a unique experience in coffee tasting!

My sister, my neice and nephew were all very happy with the Air B n B. It was truly like a home from home, it was clean and tidy and had all the immenities necessary for our stay. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. I shall be returning to NYC next year and plan on staying at Kevin's great Air B n B spot, subject to availability, as it's very popular. Great apartment in quiet street but less than 10mins walk to two subway lines, also some good local restaurant/bar options (we tried Good Ol Days Diner and Therapy Wine Bar 2.0). Apartment itself is modern, clean, and good size. Really nice touch was the selection of drinks in the fridge.

Lindas apartment was just perfect for our NY holiday. Apartment was cosy, very clean and spacious, location also good and quite near subway. Linda is excellent host, kind and helpful.

Very nice place to stay. It is great for a quick trip if you are planning on being out all day. If driving you will need to be prepared to use a parking garage and pay . Each night is about $24.

Comfortable and quiet place for a quick Brooklyn getaway.

Had an amazing stay at Styopa’s place! It was clean, and just as pictures described. Centrally located, and close to train stations too. Styopa answered all questions I had, and allowed me to check in early too! Check in/out was a breeze as well. I’d 100% come back to stay here next time I’m in Brooklyn!! Thanks again :)

Anthony is the best host I’ve ever had! So friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. He has clearly poured ample love and care into the space—it is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, and truly an easy Williamsburg oasis!

Beautiful place to stay , very cozy well decorated and super practical for getting in and around jersey city and nyc . Highly recommend for those travelling to NYC . Jasen and Ken were super friendly proactive hosts you will not go wrong with booking them !

Stayed here and used the MTA bus and subway. So much nearby and a great space. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom too.

Had a lovely stay at Sasha’s place. Sasha is super responsive and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend. The apartment is conveniently located next to the subway station which takes you right into Manhattan in a relatively short amount of time (15/20 mins). The apartment was super clean and had everything you could possibly need to make yourself at home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sasha.
