The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. Please be aware that the natural swimming pond-pool is within the fence boundaries of the cottage. Children must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. There is a back entrance. Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am

New floors and paint Oct of 2020 , relaxing deck in private backyard surrounded by landscaping & shade trees. Be close to everything, but still in quiet safe neighborhood. We hope we have created a spacious home for you to come and relax. The location is centrally located, so less than 5 minutes from hospitals, grocery stores(Hay's and Walmart) bakeries, restaurants, coffees and more. Basic cable and Netflix are available for your viewing pleasure. And, we also have provided 12” memory foam mattress for a restful nights sleep. We ask that you please agree to house rule and leave the house in the condition you found it.

The front porch is framed by a wooden railing and vibrant flowers in colorful blooms. A diverse array of plants, including purple and red flowers, is arranged in a stone planter, enhancing the welcoming entrance to the house.

Franklin has just been fully renovated and is right in the heart of Jonesboro! Minutes from everything, Franklin really is in the best location. Both bathrooms have been gutted and completely redone. All the furniture and furnishings are brand new. We are perfect for families, small groups, business travelers, hunters, parents visiting students, etc. *6 minutes to ASU 5 minutes to St Bernard's Hospital 11 minutes to NEA Hospital

Tiny home in Jonesboro

Tiny Cube

This tiny cube is next to 4 A-frames and across our event venue. But not to worry, we do close the A-frames and this cube when there are events so that the noise and traffic will not affect your stay and you can enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay. Maybe even see a few deer passing through. We are located just 10 minutes from down town, we have a gas station near by, grocery store and 2 Dollar Trees as well.
