You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Your family will be close to a majority of popular NH attractions while staying at the cottage. The cottage is totally separate and brand new as of 2023, attached to our old farmhouse circa 1789 in the beautiful lakes region. It’s a perfect place for couples, small families or traveling nurses/doctors. We are 10 minutes from several beaches including lake winnipsaukee and close to the mountains. There are several hiking trails within minutes from our home.

The property is located half in Sanbornville NH and half in Acton Maine. There is so much to do on the property and throughout the Lakes Region. Our Log Cabin is completely off grid, which runs fully off solar and Wi-Fi.
