The perch is situated atop a hill looking out on beautiful Lake Rosa. We swim, fish and boat regularly because Rosa is a clear sand bottom lake! We came in for a softball tournament and our stay was great! Gisselle was one of the best hosts we have ever had. She was not only responsive and helpful but even after check out we had to still go play ball and she offered to reactivate our door code so that we could go back and freshen up before our 4 hour drive back home. The house was clean, the other people that we met that were also staying were very nice. We were close to stores and restaurants also. Giselle also checked on us every morning to make sure our night was good! We will definitely recommend staying with her and if we are in the area again we will definitely be using her again!
